My wife and I are avid film buffs, one of the main reasons we headed to Chicago is for it's Batman and Ferris connections. After being very excited for what we saw as a 2 hour fun filled tour, the booked time grew closer and the bus was absent. After waiting an hour and calling 3 times to get an... More

Booked this trip well in advance. The meeting point was a McDonalds restaurant, in an unfamiliar city and on arrival there was nothing to suggest we were in the right place. Other tours had their signage clearly laid out but there was nothing for the film tour bus. Given that it was pouring down we took shelter in the said... More

Our tour guide, Patrick (a film critic) was excellent! The tour was informative & entertaining & very well planned, with many movie clips incorporated. It was the perfect length (just under 2 hours) & the bus was decent. We'd highly recommend this tour for movie fans.

I liked most everything about the tour. The only suggestion I'd make is maybe stopping a couple of times for photo opportunities. Our guide, Patrick McDonald was great and had a great deal of knowledge to share about the city. If you're a film/movie buff, you should do this tour.

I was surprised that there were only 4 couples on this tour. It was a very cold day.....4 degrees so maybe visitors to Chicago were elsewhere. The bus was comfortable and we did appreciate the heating. It was very enjoyable and in addition to seeing where so many films were shot in this beautiful city we saw so much of... More

My wife and I waited at the pick up point in the baking heat for 2 hours. The coach did not show up. I phoned the company to be told the trip would start at 12.30 not 10.30. There was no advanced warning. I cancelled and went to the baseball. I got a refund via Viator but was disappointed not... More

I was so intrigued by this tour that I made a reservation as a solo guest. What attracted me to this tour were the movie clips that are shown as we ride to each destination. The entire outfit is not elegant with flat screen TVs and reclining seats. Instead, there is a mounted tube TV with an attached media player.... More

My husband and I took this tour as we are movie fans but also it was our first morning in Chicago and a great way to see around the city and get your bearings. The guide Patrick was really good, and it was great to see the film clip whilst actually driving through the scene at the same time. I... More

This film tour was great! We were on the 10:30am tour(found a 2 for the price of 1 on groupon). The tour is lead by the film critic Patrick McDonald. You ride around the city in an older bus and he shows you important landmarks in Chicago film along with tons of famous scenes from tons of movies. The bus... More

Yes, I was 2 minutes late. I'll take responsibility for that but who ever heard of a tour in Chicago that left on the dot and what tour would leave a paid customer when they are only 1/2 block away?!? I dropped my friend at the meeting spot 10 minutes early and went to park nearby. She was standing there... More
