I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. The staff were arrogant with me and my girlfriend! We chose this bar to enjoy the so called Chicago jazz nightlife. The place was almost empty, and the band who was playing that night was performing like they don't even care about this boring bar. We ordered food and drinks triing to enjoy this... More

We caught the house band on a Sunday night and couldn't have been more pleased with them. We ate beforehand but the food being served looked great. Will return on our next trip to Chicago.

I was in Chicago on holiday and decided that I couldn't pass through without going to a jazz bar. The place was amazing, the food was full of flavour and well presented, the staff were friendly and the music was second to none. Some of the other reviews have slated the place, but if you're looking for a relaxed night... More

The place located in the heart of the city and offering great music and atmosphere. Only the food was the worst we had in a while. Pizza was cold and meat full of fat. The beer was great but the wine was just bad.

We love jazz and as out of towners we checked the reviews and opted to give this place a try. Was there on a sunday for the 5 PM John Bany's session and had a wonderful time. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice, and she made great drinks. The music was soothing and toe tapping and was... More

Been there Saturday night, the place was quite full but felt comfortable. More or less Stephen M in previous review said everything relative to the place and I endorse his words. The place is a very good jazz bar where you will not go wrong!

It was okay. The place is a little dumpy looking. The band that was playing the evening we went was not spectacular. We sat in the bar area, as we were not eating dinner there. Stayed for one or two sets and had enough. Disappointed, I was expecting more. I would go again on the chance we would see a... More

For a $10 - $15 cover charge you can't really go wrong with Andy's Jazz Club. You can sit at the bar and drink, or book a table to eat. Almost every seat in the house has a good view. We went the on a Monday to see the Chicago Jazz Orchestra (CJO). Food is good and very well presented... More

The bands were great and the food was good. Not a bad seat in the house. 2 hour maximum restriction for dinner but was plenty of time to enjoy the show and have a meal.

Great music and local culture! Waiting list was painful but worth it every minute after the show. Arrive early!
