Perhaps the center of the renovated Millennium Park that didn't quite make it over the finish line by the Millennium. None the less it is fun to watch all the other visitors taking "fun-house" photos of themselves and friends. Try it your self and be sure to notice skyline reflections, too.

You've seen all the photos of the bean, but it is so fun to takes pics of yourself and the people you are with. Great chance to be silly or serious. The reflections of the bean allow endless ideas to be tried. Kids love it too. Try early morning or cloudy days for smaller crowds.

A great piece of outdoor art, inspiring, fascinating excellent. It's great to look at, fascinating reflected city views. It demands that you touch it. Best things are the photos you can take and watching other people's reactions. Not sure how it stays clean but it does. Don't miss this.

Cloud Gate, affectionately or irreverently called "The Bean", is a modern sculpture in Millennium Park that is a real photo op. Not to be missed when visiting Millennium Park.

This is officially called Cloud Gate but known as the Bean. Lots of fun looking at you, your group, other groups but especially of the buildings of Chicago's Michigan Avenue.

The Bean seems to make everyone happy. Everyone smiles and touches it. Just watching the people around the sculpture is a sport.

This is a neat structure. As you look around it you get very different perspectives. Spend some time and look from different angles. Make sure you walk underneath because as you look up you mght feel like you were transported into another dimension!

Staging photos that involve this amazing construct is great fun. We had a good time walking around and under it.

My friend i was traveling with talked about this while we were in chicago. We walked to it and it was pretty cool! Awesome to take pictures with and of and can see the skyline in it. Wish the weather had been warmer so could have enjoyed it more but a must see for family fun in Chicago.
