Recently rated the best art museum in the world, the Art Institute boasts a wide range of great collections and is easily accessible by public transportation. The new Renzo Piano designed wing is now the largest modern art collection in Chicago.

Our group of four from nearby Chicago Suburbs enjoyed this tour immensely. Even though we've been to the city many times it was an unbelievably educational tour of this amazing city. Learned so many new and interesting historical facts from our guide Chris. There is no better way to tour a large city. I will be doing this again in... More

Our tour guide Chris was great. He was careful to make sure everyone was safe and ok at all times during the tour. Easy going and kept it moving as we rode our segways from the bayside Congress x Michigan to the Planetarium with several stops. Worth the money!

We had the best time on these segways! The people at City Segways are the best. They are great tour guides and make the tour very fun. Brennan was our tour guide and he couldn't have been better. Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
