Really beautiful views of the beach and the city. The Tilt was fun but a bit short - however as it's cheap that's not too big of a deal.

It was worth it. It was worth the walking and the money. I would definitely go again and I consider it a must see if you visit Chicago.

Breathtaking views of Chicago. In terms of tourist attractions, this was one of my favourite places. A little on the pricy side, but it's a great photo-op!

We liked the views and information computers at all the windows. We also went to the Willis tower, this just seemed different. Basically on the water the John Hancock tower just gives you a different look of the city and we had a lot of fun with it. Watching people do the TILT was entertaining as well!

No trip to Chicago will ever be complete without doing the TILT! And I highly suggest doing it at night. I'm not going to lie and say that it isn't a bit scary because it is. But it is exhilarating.

This was worth every penny.. Didn't do the "Tilt". But the view is unbeatable. No line. The sunset was fantastic.

The cost was inexpensive. Go there for the amazing night time view of Chicago. The tilt is also a fun option for thrill seekers.

The view is nice (we visited in the evening), but it's really too expensive for what it is. It costs $18 just to get up there (Sep 2014 price). When you get up to the 94th floor there is no way to go outside to take a good picture (we went in the evening). The only small balcony outside has... More

Hello, and thank you for visiting 360 CHICAGO. We are happy to read that you enjoyed our views. You are correct, our observatory is largely an indoor attraction. This allows our guests to comfortably take in Chicago's best views year round, without being exposed to our infamous winters. Our lighting system dims every evening to minimize reflections appearing in photos,... More

the views at the top of the hancock building are the best in the city. much better than the views at the top of the willis tower, in fact. but, the extra $7 to go into the tilt experience area of the floor was really not worth it. the windows tilt out a little, but you aren't allowed to take... Thanks so much for your feedback. We love that you think our views are the best in the city. An enormous amount of effort went into making TILT a reality, and the response so far has been overwhelmingly positive, but we do understand that not everyone has the same experience. We welcome all of our guests with general admission tickets... More

We were fortunate to go there when there were hardly anybody. We went up right away. The deck is very comfortable, there is a Expression Lavazza café on top, souvenir shop, the Tilt attraction and a video that explains the construction of the building. The view was very nice. I would recommend this view deck over the Willis tower.
