Wow, what an awesome location right on Lake Michigan and in the center of the museum area. If you check out the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum be sure to stop by. The planetarium was very interesting with quick movies and interactive exhibits entertaining school-age children and adults. A fun learning experience for all. more

We didn't get anything out of this place. It was boring. Unless you like this sort of thing you wont miss anything. We only went because it was on our summer value pass deal. If it wasnt for that we would not have went here at all. This was the most boring thing we did while in Chicago. more

I wasn't too impressed with the Adler Planetarium. There were a handful of interesting exhibits, but nothing that kept me wanting to turn every corner and look at every nook and cranny. The real Gemini space capsule is one that really stands out in my mind that I enjoyed. It may have helped if I wasn't rushed to go through.... more
