As part of our Chicago to New Orleans 'Heart and Soul' tour we spent an evening here. Legends club is on the other side of Chicago when travelling from the Magnificant Mile. The music was fabulous having been complemented by the ultra talented Miss 'Peaches Rose', who herself oozed personality! This somewhat gritty club, and I say this not in... More

We went on a Friday night and it was a full house, but they managed to find seats for us near the stage. The music was great and Buddy Guy came out and did a few songs. He also signed a poster for us. It was so much fun and I highly recommend it.

Conveniently located in the downtown of Chicago. We went early on a Thursday night to get a good table and had dinner (which was very good!). We saw a solo act who played some excellent blues and then the main act was a soul band who were very good as well. Then place was full when we left after the... More

This was always going to be one of the highlights of our trip to Chicago. Great club, good atmosphere and excellent local blues band playing. Walls adorned with guitars from famous musicians and interesting photographs and tasty Buddy brews on tap. An iconic club that didn't disappoint.

We went to this club on my birthday whilst on holiday as a treat. What a great evening we had with two great blues bands and their equally classy music. I would go again without hesitation. The audience were well controlled by the club staff and everyone got a good view of the stage.

This is a great venue for taking in some blues when in Chicago. The acts are usually pretty well screened and good. There is a good drink selection and the food is bar food. You might just run into Buddy himself when he is in town. A must for your Chicago visit. Main shows start after 830pm.

this was fabulous - Buddy Guy was playing and he played solid for over 2 hours and walked through the crowd a few times - just wonderful to hear than man play the guitar live in his own bar! we did book a table and seats but that just means access to the seated area - which is nearer the... More

It was a Sunday evening, after the Chicago Marathon, and we came specifically to hear Sheryl Youngblood who was on at 9:30. We arrived at 7:20 and got one of the last tables available. However, when they came around to collect the cover charge (around 8:30) some more tables emptied. There was a good band playing when we sat down,... More
