We bought four tickets online to see a show in June. My wife and I and two kids. Showed up at the door in a rainy day. When they see the kids they said we can't get you in because no kids allowed. OK. I understand. I asked to speak with a manager. This big guy shows up. Looks more... More

What can I say? I've been a fan of the Blues since I was 14 years old and 50 years later I finally made it to a Chicago Blues club. And not just any old club either. It's only $10 to get in and we were treated to a great set by Carlos Showers (I think that was his name)... More

A real experience.Better to share with friends. Enjoy a beer and feel the music. Get in early, to have a good place not far from stage. This is a place for music, so better arrive with your stomach needs cover. It ´s not the best place to eat.

Our friends that had been there many, many times recommended we go and we are certainly happy we did! A chill atmosphere with good food and fast service. Buddy Guy was even there and signed a record I purchased. A great place to relax and enjoy the blues tunes.

This was recommended in our guide book. Early evening was free entry, and we had beers and food, which was fast food, and rather expensive. The singer early in the evening was enjoyable. Then we were asked to pay, and did so. We had a table and were looking forward to some good blues, with a few more beers. The... More

I have been to all major blues clubs in and around Chicago. This is my clear favorite because of the excellent bands and the very good and positive atmosphere. For instance Ronnie Baker Brooks' band plus guests yesterday were just wonderful! Food is mediocre.

Buddy Guy's Legend is a must visit for any visitor to Chicago. Every night you can hear some of the best Blues musicians to be found anywhere. The sound is great and the stage is viewable from all around the club. I would also recommend a lunchtime visit when with the club much quieter it is easier to walk around... More

We went here for the music. We didn't try any food so I can't help you there. However the food that I saw looked/smelled pretty good. The drinks on the other hand as fab and quite reasonable. Our first night there we saw Mary Lane and her band and the next night we saw Mike Dangeroux and Precious. While both... More

What a way to enjoy blues! Although I am not a die hard fan, I definitely enjoyed a couple hours of live music. Skip the food and drink and listen.
