Acres and acres of pumpkins, gourds, and apple trees. The apples are pricey (by the bag) and even though they are locally grown, are not organic (pesticides must be sprayed on them to prevent worming in this part of the country)... you'd be much better off buying organic apples at the supermarket. The cafe is wonderful. Lots of unique gift... More

Great fun, great donuts and great for the family. Peak season is very busy so make a call ahead to see what days are slower. More

Curtis Orchards is a great place to visit in the fall to enjoy the season to the fullest. If you want a full afternoon you can pick right from their trees, although for some reason its cheaper to buy pre-picked apples inside. They have a great selection of pumpkins, gourds, and squash. It is a great place to bring kids... More

I go to Curtis Orchard at least once every 10 or 12 days, from the time it opens in July thru the end of apple season -- usually mid December. You cannot get better locally grown apples -- different types and equally as good, yes, but not better. This family cares about producing exceptional apples. I have had extended conversations... We love the apple orchard! It is a wonderful family-owned and well-run place with not only great apples, but other items as well. Our favorite thing to buy is the apple cinnamon pancake mix with fresh apples! It is a great place to go with kids or just as adults to enjoy the beautiful property. More
