We've been visiting Curtis Orchard each autumn since my daughter, now grown, was little, bringing along family and friends on many visits. It's always a fun experience, however one thing that has changed throughout the years is the cost of the fall weekend attractions. My husband gets disgusted each time, calling it a rip-off. Indeed, for a family with more... More

I went there as a kid and thought it was super fun. As an adult, it's still fun to check out the pumpkins and the orchard. I enjoyed the free petting zoo, especially the goats. They were soft and eager to be petted. The gift shop was fun to check out and smelled deliciously like fresh apples. They had some... More

Wonderful place to take the family. Lots for the kids to do & learn. Great place for orchard goods, home cooked goods, and gifts. There is a cafe known as the Flying Monkey. Took my children when they were small....now taking my six grandchildren. GREAT outdoor active for all ages.

We had a wonderful time at the orchard. There is no fee to get in and a small fee to go on the wagon ride, mini golf, pony rides and bounce slide and obstacle course. The grounds are very well kept, no trash anywhere. Play equipment for children and goats to watch. The pumpkin patch is massive. The shop prices... More

Well, it was rainy and thus very muddy...so the day wasn't ideal to begin with. We were not impressed with anything unique here. The employees were busy doing their own thing and didn't ask us even once if we were finding what we wanted. I didn't see any employees at all in the play areas. No one was near the... More

This place is so kick back and enjoyable everyone should go there once a week. I went to pick a pumpkin and get some local honey, and there were so many great local things to buy i went a little crazy :-) No not really, but it was a treat. They have fresh pies, apple donuts, cider, preserves! The staff... More

The apples are good, the donuts and fritters even better. The cider is fresh and high quality also. They have a good selection of pumkins and other natural Fall decor in season. Its a fun trip for kids to go play around on the site, with traditional pumpkin patch attractions for the little ones. But their prices have just crept... More

We came here with a huge group of Illinois Alumni friends and had a BLAST! The doughnuts are awesome, and the playgrounds and other activities for children are just a blast! Expect crowds in the summer and early fall, but its worth the time, lots of fun!!

Everything - Curtis has great produce - Apple Cider, fruit (you pick and also ready to go), food, fun for children and other products. You have to get a fresh donut (warm from the oven) and pie too.

Fall is my favorite season and I love fresh apples, so I visit often when they're open (July-Nov). They also have cider, pies, apple donuts and lots of jams, jellies, butters, salad dressings, etc. They have a cafe that serves lunch and snacks. It's popular with families because it has lots of activities for kids, especially on weekends. And a... More
