Located in the heart of Teton Valley, in the majestic Yellowstone/Teton area and wrapped on it's southern border by the Caribou-Targhee national Forest, Headwaters Golf Club is quickly becoming the mountain course of choice visiting the region. A unique triumvirate of talent, golf legend Byron Nelson, Open Champion Steve Jones and architect GAry Stephenson masterfully crafted both the 18-hole and 9-hole courses. This unique group understood Mr. Nelson's design philosophy; a shot well struck by any golfer should be rewarded.

I just played in a two day family and friends tournament here. So course and surroundings are stunning! What a beautiful setting for a golf course. The course is a good test, especially from the black tees. I would recommend playing blues for 5-12 handicaps and whites for anything above that. Makes it much more enjoyable. So many "postcard" holes.... More

We played the 18 hole course twice and the Ben Hogan 9 hole par 3 once. All experiences were fun, and the Hogan course a great surprise. The 18 hole course is one you can play repeatedly without getting bored. The grass is lush and the greens in perfect shape and you have to really pay attention to the grain.... More

Great service and excellent menu selection and wonderful food. It was obvious that the Chef and crew were on top of their game.

I've played over 100 golf clubs in my life, including some of the most premier clubs in the West: Los Angeles CC North course, TPC stadium, TPC Scottsdale, Paiute Wolf, Coyote Moon GC, ect I must say this ranks at the top or a close 2nd behind LACC. The quality was absolutely pristine. Customer service was outstanding. Greens were smooth,... More

We wanted to play the regulation course but there was a tournament so we opted for the par 3 and we had a good time. You have to like walking because they provide walking carts and there are a few long walks between holes. Be sure to consult the course map on the scorecard because there are very few directional... Headwaters was the last place I played on a two week trip to the west. I played some top desert and canyon golf courses but truly enjoyed the course at Teton Springs. The conditions were superb especially the greens and the views of the mountains were also very impressive. The course is not tricky, but will test even the scratch... More

This golf course is in such a beautiful setting you won't really care if you miss that putt for par! It's never crowded and the condition of the course is always fantastic.

Headwaters Golf Course is a fantastic course in the Teton Valley. This course can easily be set up as a championship course, yet is playable for all skill levels. I would highly recommend this hidden gem! While there take a lesson for Erick he is a great instructor. Enjoy!!!
