We booked a trip with Idaho River Journeys, gave them a deposit, booked our airfare, made arrangements for before and after our rafting trip and then made the mistake of questioning the wording in the Risk Form that Idaho River Journeys asks participants to sign. Adventure travel providers commonly require participants to sign Acknowledgment of Risk forms. In this case, the guest refused to sign the form even though he was well aware of the requirement.
