Great fun for kids

It was great for the grandkids. Wish the costs were less for those not wanting to spend a whole day just to make it seem like you are getting your money's worth.

Went there with family and had a blast! There's something for everyone and the staff is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

You can't enter the park to just watch your kids play without paying. They will charge you almost $32 to get in of which $20 is refundable as long as you don't get wet. Still, to sit in the sun (not enough shade provided), $11 is pretty pricey in my opinion. The kids have a blast and it is worth... More

My two sons and a friend went to Roaring Springs on Saturday, June 20. It was kind of a big deal, because at $30 a kid we don't go very often. In fact, we haven't been there for at least 3 years. My 12 year old was insulted by a lifeguard in a serious way. Near the Endless River, he... More

Hi Melody, We are so sorry to hear about your son’s experience at Roaring Springs. We have thoroughly investigated, and have spoken with the entire lifeguarding staff. While we haven’t identified an individual, please know that Roaring Springs has zero tolerance for any employee insulting any guest, and strict disciplinary action would be taken. Our entire staff, including lifeguards, goes... More

Went with boys (ages 8 and 10). #1 - safety -- loved that the lifeguards makes and females were in shorts and shirts. It was obvious they were all watching big time and cared about safety. We were actually in the wave pool and saw a rescue. They all were so in sync with their response. (Kid fine) #2 -... More

Roaring Springs don't deserve Certificate of Excellence! I absolutely dislike how water park people greed you:" sometimes without even saying hi they start to dig through your bag with dirty gloves or unsanitized hands like you have a bomb in it. Very unpleasant! !! Last time we went to the water park the person who went through our bag didn't... More

We went to the water park after a LONG day of touring the BSU campus. We had a 17 year old and an 11 year old with us and THEY LOVED IT. The park was NOT busy as it was the evening session (after three o'clock) and it was only moderately hot. My husband and I found chairs in the... More

I used to love this place, Being a local, I would go here on a very hot day with my friends with my season pass and just hang out and have fun, but ever since the introduction of the weight rules a few years back, I steered away from this place. I weigh just barely over the 250lb limit and... More

Hi Braden, Thank you for letting us know how you feel, and we’re really sorry if your Roaring Springs experience has been diminished. Please allow me to explain the reasons behind the weight restrictions we've implemented in the past couple of years. Our slide manufacturer is now advising waterparks to enforce weight restrictions due to increasing numbers of injuries at... More

This place is to expensive, they need some competition here, we could get a family pass at 6 flags for 150$ less a year than this place. That's for a family of 5. It's ridiculous what they charge!

I took my boys - 8 and 10 - while visiting family in Boise, and what a great time we had! We went on a day when we could get in 3 for 2 so that made a big difference cost-wise, but I still think it would be worth full-price. We just don't have something like this in the NW... More
