Beautiful serene lake. We rented a boat for a couple of hours and had a wonderful time navigating the lake and relaxing in the sunshine

I went there twice last summer, and particularly enjoyed the loop hike around the lake. It's challenging, yet rewarding. One can hike half way to the Lakefish Inlet Campground and take the boat back to Redfish Lodge (or, spend the night!).

What an any day place to visit. Summers are beautiful, water is blue which just melts with the sky. You can check online about boat rental as well as restaurant prices etc. A young crowd of summer kids seem to run the place and do a great job. It is 60 miles north of Ketchum put it on your places... More

Went on a quiet, sunny day. The outdoor kitchen was open and we ate on the beach. Times like that are always memorable.

Very busy in the summer. A huge tourist stop with lots and lots of families. Why because it is a beautiful lake.

One of the best short getaways we have had. Took our own Kayaks and went across the crystal clear lake in the morning to where the glacier feeds into the lake. Hiked a little up to some Lily Ponds and had a great Picnic. Very quiet and serene. Boats and water toys available for rent on the docks. Sunday Music... More

This is a beautiful lake in a wonderful setting in the Stanley Basin. The old lodge is attractive and has a grand porch for sitting with the lake and mountains in view. We did not eat there nor participate in activities, but just seeing it was truly rewarding.

We were in the area visiting family near Ketchum and drove an hour north to stay at one of the cabins at the lake. Best two day one night trip ever! We had a four room cabin along the creek and it was very comfortable for the 7 of us. There were three queens and one room with twin beds.... More

We have lived in the Wood River Valley over 40 years and this is one place we always recommend to guests. It is less than an hour from Sun Valley with incredible scenery which ever way you drive to reach it Boise, Montana, Challis, Wood River!). It is a lovely area to camp in although not as dog friendly as... More

Great spot for an evening appetizer/wine pontoon cruise on the lake. Excellent staff on the dock, and the staff sets up the tables on the boat with tablecloths, wine glasses, and delivers the apps to the boat.
