Would you buy food from hungover, grumpy, non-customer service friendly cooks? When you've been skiing all day you get hungry and at Tamarack there aren't a lot of options. Tried out the Canoe Grill which has the typical cafe style look you'll find at any mountain. On top of the food being below par the cooks were all moving incredibly... More

If you like solitude, you will be ecstatic. The place is built in such a way that even half full it feels empty and lonely. The constantly staffed knowledgeable golf shop is in the basement and you'll have to hunt for it. Even the last steps there are three doors to choose from. The nicest door leads to the garage.?s'gjw[e... More

This place has great snow and great slopes, and absolutely no wait for lifts. You can literately ski your butt off. I'm a beginner and hubby is an expert skier, and we both had great times. The staff was extremely friendly and by the second day they knew us by names. Lift tickets, rentals, and lessons were very affordable. However,... More

The slopes are wonderful, but it is depressing going up, since the bankruptcy, there are skeleton buildings everywhere.

This is a beautiful resort that has many amenities. Keep in mind that the resort is in the midst of a bankruptcy reorganization so some of the facilities are not complete. With that in mind, everything you need is available here. We had New Year's dinner at the Seven Devils restaurant and the service was excellent, even with a packed... More

We have never felt more welcome than at Tamarack Resort. The staff seems to be delighted to have us there. Skiers and snowboarders are welcome. The staff have Great attitudes! Very helpful. The food is very good, but be prepared to pay a pretty penny. It is not cheap.

Beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous homes. So much potential. It was deserted. Many buildings were unfinished.

My wife and I had never been to the resort, nor had we known anyone that had ever been there. It is a ten hour drive from Olympia Wa to Tamarack. So we were more than a little wary. After leaving early in the morning, we arrived at Osprey meadows. We were greted by a freindly staff. The property was... More

After years of struggle, there may be light at the tunnel for this resort. The Hotel is finished and the ski slope is supposed to be open all week this year. The HOA owns the golf course and it is in great shape. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday. Keeping my fingers crossed as this is a great location... More

Great long runs and easy to find untracked snow. Only downside is they are only open Thursday-Sunday. But at the same time you have Monday-Wednesday for the powder to stack up! So much fun.
