Massage! Facial! Pedicure! Hair! Lashes! They've got it all available.... The view of the lake is lovely. I strongly suggest Cody for any hair, lash or pedicure. The rest of the staff is great, but Cody is my go-to, always! You will leave pampered and relaxed whether you go on your own, as a couple, or as a group! (I've... More

I treated a friend of mine to a quartz stone warm massage therapy treatment here. I myself have never had a massage of any kind any where. This is one experience I REALLY APPRECIATED and will never forget. The mood setup during was perfect. The treatment before we even got our massages was exquisite. I truly believe that it was... I had an awesome experience at the spa on 2 different days of my stay. I had 2 different massage therapists (one male and one female) that both gave awesome massages. I also had a bath and facial with Farrah, which was very nice. I loved just hanging out in the spa before and after my treatments. They have a... More

The Spa itself looks like a lot of money and effort went into the design, though tragic flaw, the massage table was essentially a waterbed making a deep tissue massage highly improbable, especially since our massage therapists had weak hands. Both of us were sorely disappointed and unsatisfied.

I had an opportunity to get a couple of spa "treatments" and they were both very nice. I had a mineral soaking bath followed by a hot stone massage. The masseuse for both treatments was Mary Lou. She was very personable and provided excellent service. The mineral soaking bath was in a small private room, with low lights and a... More

I called last minute to schedule an event hair updo. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whitney did my hair and she was totally professional, accommodating and a very good listener. The event was my daughter's wedding and having such a great experience the morning of doesn't have a price tag. Thank you all so much.

Spa is the best pary. Wonderful staff and beauticians. Best facial ever. Rooms are small. Very clean. Needs a update.

We had a tower room that was larger and had a seating area but would have loved a suite where there is some sort of divider so kids can go to sleep before us. I'd asked for a lake view room and our room looked out over the parking lot and some construction. So we never went on our deck... More

We have a cabin across from the city of Coeur d'Alene and the resort. My daughter (now 16) and I have been going to the resort spa for our birthdays for the past 3 years. We love it so much that we now try to go at least twice a summer and whenever else we are in town. The quiet... More

Making the trip to Coeur d'Alene is worth it just to take the holiday lights cruise. There are thousands of lights both at the resort's marina and even more at the "North Pole" the destination of the the holiday lights cruise. Once you arrive at the North Pole, Santa and a helpful elf read off the names of all the... More
