The views are unsurpassed in the area. The facility is first class but some areas are dated. The service it first class. Prices are OK considering the location and offerings. A nice place to treat yourself to a little getaway in the inland northwest.

The entry drive from the street starts your entrance into a gorgeous hotel on the lake. As you enter the lobby you are met with the smell of fresh flowers and a very modern decor. Our room was over looking the lake with a great view of the harbor. The bed was extremely comfortable made with high quality sheets. The... More

I don't have enough words for how fantastic our day at the spa was. It was my first hot stone massage and it was absolutely HEAVENLY. The staff was marvelous. I would come back to Couer d'Alene just to revisit the spa.

Nice spa. Very good treatment selection. Very good massage and friendly staff. The price is commensurate with resorts and the spa is well worth a visit when in the area.

Stunning Views ! WOW - what a lake. Loved watching the floatplanes take off and land right outside the window ! Which, btw, was operable, allowing you to drink in the fresh clear air of the Rocky Mountains ! This resort was just super ! I was there for a conference, and it had pretty much everything. Excellent rooftop bar... More

I was not a hotel guest but we eat here many times during our stay and explored the resort, shops and facilities. The restaurants food was amazing. Service excellent thru out. There is a desert bar where you get to see them make your desert. Sometimes that's all you come for. Serving size for meals and desert is quite generous.... More

I have traveled to spas all over the country and wanted to get a 90 minute pedicure at the spa. I went to the spa desk and was told they could accommodate a 50 minute or a 90 minute pedicure. I opted for 90. After I sat down at the chair the manicurist said that I had gel on my... More

This is one of the worst hotels in terms of all amenities in a beautiful place like Coeur d'alene. The worst ever to handle the size of the conference, you pay hopping 169$ minus taxes without a breakfast, even a bottle of water. Wifi doesnt even reach the room. The front desk advises you to reach lobby for wifi!! WHat... More

It has a nice entry and decent women's locker room. No sauna or steam room. My therapist the first day was excellent; not so much the second day. Wonderful views from the lounges.

Great hotel but they have the worlds ugliest aquarium. Restaurant food and service were both excellent. Will visit again.
