The course is a nice layout in excellent condition, but certainly not very challenging, of course with the exception of the floating green, which is visually beautiful and worth the one-time experience. However, it is pretty pricey and the fore caddie is not necessary, yet mandatory (wasn't very helpful). I'm glad I tried it once, but wouldn't play again.

Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is unique in offering golfers the challenge of playing the floating island hole (its position isn't always the same). This is only one hole of this exceptional golf course, considered world-class and one of, if not THE best, in the Pacific Northwest Region. The setting for the club house is breathtaking with its view of... More

Floating green on the 14th hole. Driving range goes into the lake. What else can i say! Very beautiful golf course and not too tough to play. Several holes are wide open. Definitely worth the price.

I am not one for wanting to ride along with my husband when he goes golfing (I am not a golfer). But for this trip to CDA, I made an exception and I am so glad I did. The views from all directions and angles of the course are amazing. And the world's only floating green is amazing! What an... More

The boat ride is a hoot; ride outside for the best pictures!!! Our Forecaddie was great….. helped everyone with yardage, finding balls, raked traps; delightful young lady (Desi); she really took care of us along with the father and son we played with! In all the golf we have played out and about…. This is in the top 5 (Including... More

A very good golf course for all skill levels. Four tee boxes to choose from. Tight fairways rule the front nine with three par 3s. Back opens up with challenging holes at 11, 12, 13 and 14 (the floating green). Caddie was great. Hustled to provide the info we needed. Pristine conditions everywhere. Greens were a bit slow but ran... More

This Golf Course boasts the Worlds only Floating Green on the 14th hole. It can be moved for different yardage on this par 3 hole. But the overall course is challenging with water in play on many holes and most fairways on par 4's & 5's are lined with Giant Pine trees. Although the limbs have been trimmed up about... More

What a spectacular golf course! The course is impeccably groomed and our Forecaddy Aaron was awesome--fun, helpful, hard-working, gracious. We enjoyed the floating balls on the practice green, the sport massage & our round. LOVED the 14th floating green. What fun. Definite "to-do" when you're in CdA!

Being an avid golfer I have to say "this course delivered!" There was nothing I could find wrong with this course. Some of the tee shots are intimidating and the par 3's ate my lunch. Forecaddy Luke did an excellent job! Bonus that I hit the floating green. When we make it back to Coeur d'Alene I'll be playing it... More

As always your experience starts at the front gate with a genuine and friendly greeting, which is repeated time and time again, whether it is in the pro shop, 4-caddy, sport massage, etc. We played on the last day of June and the course was in exceptional shape. The layout is quite imaginative and leverages the landscape, with some great... More
