On our way to Wallace Idaho we stopped at Coeur d'Alene's city park. And what started out as a brief "potty" break ended up being an hour walk about. Beautiful scenery, interesting sculptures and a view of the lake that is breathtaking! We will be back to spend more time this summer!

Lake "CDA" as it's known to the locals is one of the most beautiful lakes you will ever behold. This park is situated in one of the many picturesque parts of the lake. One can sit for hours and enjoy the tranquility. If you don't have time to drive the circumference of the lake, a quick stop at this park... More

We visited off season and there were still lots of people enjoying this lovely park. There's really nice green space, walking paths, a bandshell, sculptures, a beach on Lake Couer d'Alene, a small bar, and even the world's longest floating boardwalk that takes you all around the marina. Really, really nice area. Handicap parking is free too. We also drive... More

Our 40-member Grand Circle Travel tour group stopped in Cœur d'Alène for a lunch break. We exited the motor coach at City Park, across from the Visitor Center. The park abuts the lake, and the view is spectacular. There’s a police museum that intrigued me, since I write crime fiction. Sculptures adorn the park, such as the prominent metal moose... More

The lake is beautiful and can be seen close up as you walk on the longest floating dock. The area is clean and is right next to McEuen Park.

The park has a nice walkway and floating pier to walk along. There are sights throughout the park that tell the history of Coeur d Alene. You may enter the lake to swim here. There is a parking lot which was $1 for an hour. Boats are here if you wish to take a lake cruise. Well worth a visit.
