Spent 4 days for a conference and made a point to visit the park and adjacent nature trails each day. Lovely setting

Beautiful park with gorgeous trees, walking trails and huge play park for kids right on lake CDA. Next to a lake resort where you can take a float plane tour of the area.

It was a great place to spend the day and enjoy the lake. It is close to rentals on the pier so it is convenient to rent paddle boards etc. The stairs that go down into the lake are a great place to sit and hang out without getting sandy. My kids really loved the manmade stream that flows down... More

OK, I have mixed feeling on this. The park is awesome and very well done. However, man does not need to pave and concrete everything. This park was nice, OK with the newer tower the park looks awesome, but still needs more nature and less mortar.

Our family (kids 10 and 8) were in Coeur d'Alene for two nights with the intent on just going to Silverwood. We stopped by the lake on the morning we leaving to check it out and loved it. After spending a couple of hours playing in the water and picnicking we got in the car and drove to Spokane. It... More

Enjoy a fun day with the kids, swimming in the lake or playing on the really cool playground. The local kids love this one! Don't forget to visit the Millie and Mudgy (from the mouse and moose book) statues here and around town. Free maps available at the CDA library. There is plenty of room for picnics and a nice... Our 10 year old grandson had a great time! There are extensive climbing structures and other playground equipment to keep children well occupied, from tots to almost teens.
