We wanted to see what the atmosphere was for BSU games, since we're used to Big 10 games. on a much smaller scale, people love their Broncos. Stadium was clean, people were sporting their colors, every worker we came in contact with was nice. Crowd was there to watch the game, students were well behaved...unlike many of ours in Madison.... The Blue Turf is a bit different upon first sight, just like you see on TV. But it is not after you are on the field. Beautiful stadium in all aspects.

Love that stadium! When it's hot out, always sit on the west side so the sun is not in your eyes. Great view of the Boise foothills. And where else can you find a blue turf? So easy on the eyes.....

If you go to Boise then you must check out the blue field! It was a go to for my family. It was a quick and easy stop. You go through the Hall of Fame building which is interesting and then on to the field area. You are truly amazed by it (even my 9 year old son and 7... More

Thanks to Boise State for making this one-of-a-kind sports venue accessible on non-game days. Obviously, the draw is the blue (Smurf) turf playing field, but the small museum inside also tracks the history of the school's athletics. You can't go on the field, but the viewing platform gets you close enough for photos.

Great place to take out-of-town guests. Homespun rabid fan atmosphere that truly rivals bigger stadiums and more generously funded leagues like the PAC 12. Polite fans that appreciate the game of football without being totally blind to the talent from both teams on the field.

I was there in the off season, so there were no crowds of football fans to wade through. There is a Hall of Fame museum, with a door that leads to a patio that allows you to see the famous blue turf and the stadium. Football stadiums generally aren't much to look at (most of the war memorials have faded... More

I've been going to Bronco games since I moved here in 2ooo. There have been many changes but the experiance just gets better. The tailgating and in stadium food options have been greatly upgraded and if your sitting on the westside you have some great views of the game and the foothills beyond. Really beautiful on a fall evening. If... More

On a non-event day the stadium is accessible from the Boise Hall of Fame. There is no fee for entry, but be careful where you park, it seems restricted to passes pretty much everywhere. The blue turf is spectacular. You can walk in a limited area but at least you're in and you can see it. If you're a sports... More
