It seems to be closed every time I go. I have been inside various times, but it should be more accommodating to the public to visit, and go up in the tower etc. More

This was the perfect place for a wedding reception. Trolleys took the guests to the site of the ceremony nearby and then we had a great time dancing to a band that made it impossible to sit down. The man in charge gave us a tour up into the tower at the end of the evening (others had taken the... More

Sits high on a hill and is one of few architectural gems in Boise. Cool to see if driving by but would not go search it out as a stand alone destination. More

My parents were married here more than 20 years ago and this venue is still truly beautiful. The Depot includes a fabulous Koi pond & large expanses of green grass; both of which make it a great venue for a photography shoot. I've been to the Koi festival here, the Bonsai tree symposium & on many days just for a... More

The Depot is lovely and you can have your weddings and events there. The little garden is well kept and the view of Boise and the fall colors from the Depot is beautiful. More

Great straight shot view of the Capitol building. The grounds are well maintained to walk around and some gardens/waterfalls are around. The actual depot has limited hours so make sure to check it is open before going if you want to see the inside. There is an observation tower that you can take an elevator up to. The inside of... Favorite place to go and watch the sunset. Usually only in the summer as I hate the cold and flea the state for the winter. Don't get caught there late at night or the police will question you. Learned last time it's considered a park? Didn't know... thankfully no citations were given More
