Although this is a local non-profit resort it is large in value. In fact, it has lots of lifts and runs and long lift lines are non-existent. It's terrain will appeal to skiers of all abilities and it offers the lowest priced seaon pass of any resort, $199. This price has remained unchanged for over a decade. What this resort... More

Local secret. Easy run for after work night skiing. Unbeatable rates for a season pass. Pays itself off after only 2-3 visits. So handy and such a great value. More

I've been skiing Bogus for 20+ years and it I am still finding little pockets and lines that are new to me each year, (although I have to go OB nowadays to find new stuff). The groomers are great, when they actually groom them. The food is pretty decent, and not as pricey as the big resorts. And you can't... More

Great powder, blue skies. Very near town, easy access and low crowds especially on a weekday. Well worth a try! More

average or below mountain. bad drive up but as boisean you can do the 45 min torture or go on the road for 2-3 hours. slopes groomed adequately. food is mostly burgers, junk etc. hard to get a seat at eating times. all in all, it is what it is.....a low budget ski restaurant with good intentions at an elevation... Go on days when it snows. If it's sunny, go on the backside. The food is average so it's up to you if you want to bring a sack lunch. More

If you are passing through Boise, Idaho and like to ski, don't skip our local ski hill. This resort is a NON profit, which donates ski passes to Idaho elementary school aged kids. We have 7 lifts, 5 of which operate every day and the other 2 are reserved for holidays/weekends. Bogus Basin has been a local favorite for years,... More

Summer time...great place for a hike...go to the upper parking lot and walk the ski trails at the top of the nbr 2 chair lift...or just park at the end of the lower parking lot and walk the back road to the base of the nbr 3 chair lift...then walk the ski trails.
