Coming from England found it incredible you could just wander in and look around. Beautiful building all marble inside. Fascinating to look around don't miss the fourth floor. Great statues and wonderful carvings from the felled trees planted in the 1800's More

At least drive by the Capitol Building. It is, like many others, very beautiful. A tribute to great architecture and State history. Just imagine what it was like 100+ years ago! More

Completely open and we were able to explore all corners. Gift shop not open on Mondays but that's understandable. Saved us some bucks. Beautiful building and easy to follow plaques and historical interest markers for self tours. Was very impressed. More

The downstairs had a nice panorama of history in Idaho. Not a lot, but enough for most people. Clean restrooms. More
