Not to miss in Boise--especially in Autumn!

Always fun to just sit and watch the frizbee golfers, children and the river. We usually include this area to stop as we bike the greenbelt. This is a beautiful park for all to enjoy.

This park was designed by a European designer, and it shows--it's more like the beautiful parks in Europe that I've visited than any I've seen in the United States. Truly magnificent --and peaceful, even though it's surrounded by city. Wildlife is abundant! Fall is the loveliest time of all, as the colors are spectacular!

I love this park- so pretty. Many photographers use it as a backdrop, and many people use it for weddings. It's a gorgeous park and great for photography. Much more secluded then the park across the street.. Birds are awesome here

Stopped here and ate a picnic lunch at the end of May. The weather was great. Lots of people out enjoying the park Tons of geese and their offspring were around as well. It really feels like a community park that gets lots of use and gives lots of enjoyment to the locals.

This time of year the bird are everywhere and the colors are beautiful. I lost count on the number of species we saw.

Beautiful, great smells of trees. Lots of goose poop on the grass, but a beautiful walk. Just lovely.

Our kids loved this park! It is designed as a bird sanctuary and our kids couldn't get enough. They loved the families of ducks and geese. We even saw a couple of beavers in the pond on the west side of the park. Great display with a huge tree stump and marked tree rings that highlight the history of the... More

My husband and I love to walk in this park and have been doing so for years. It is so serene and beautiful. It's the perfect location for photographs as you encounter quite a few people taking pictures of the scenery and family photos as well professional photographers taking Senior portraits, Wedding and Engagement photos. We love to see the... More

A perfect spot to soak up some nature-time. If you are biking the Greenbelt make sure to include this park which borders the Belt.
