Beautiful!

The greenbelt was amazing and made my trip! I can't wait to come back during the summer. Boise locals are some of the most friendly I've encountered.

What is not to like about the Greenbelt trail? Stayed in Boise for 2 nights and enjoyed a long walk each day along the river and through the heart of the city. Great trail, lots of geese, and plenty of shade - which we needed on our late afternoon walk. Especially enjoyed the detailed maps that were found every 1/2... More

Such a great area for walking or biking jogging or nature observing. Also areas for kayaking or rafting. Calm. Peaceful. Quiet. Beautiful in all seasons.

Everyone is polite and respects each other and often you can see the river and there's always nature around, really pleasant, makes you feel like you're out in fresh, clean air!

The Boise Green Belt offers something for everyone. It is mostly paved and good for walking, bike riding, rollerblading, offering entry to fishing spots, wildlife viewing including exceptional birding. Boise is so active-people are out being active everywhere and this includes the greenbelt. There are restaurants you can stop off and have bites and brew, it goes by Zoo Boise,... More

Or Bikeway, or rollerblading.....Wooded walkway --at least the part we took--- and cool in the shade. Some areas near town had a fair amount of "traffic"

The Boise Green Belt is one of the best bike rides in southwest Idaho. No cars, lots of trees. An excellent ride is out to Lucky Peak and back, but can also do a leisurely cruise. Bring you own bike or rent one so as not to miss this highlight of a visit to Boise.

The Boise green belt is a treasure. I have biked along the path from one end to the other, but it takes a good walk to appreciate all the great things along the way. There is a zoo, parks, library, restaurants, Boise State University and a must see the Human Rights Memorial for Anne Frank. You could spend weeks exploring... More

The Greenbelt was a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and getting close to nature. We were accompanied by many fellow walkers. The birds were feasting and squalking as the sun set. This is a true gem!
