What a wonderful gem in the city!! It was very to walk or bike ride on. Our friends in Boise use the greenbelt pathways every day,, to exercise, to commute or for a outing. Don't miss out on this lovely piece of Nature. It is a major attraction of the city

Really easy walking/biking can be done here next to a pretty river. We only walked a small section after dinner but saw a few families swimming in the river as well as in a small lake on the other side of the path.

We were pleasanty surprised by Boise overall. My 18 year old son and I were visiting Boise for a Niece's wedding on Friday August 8 and got into town very early on August 7 and did some sightseeing before the wedding. Overall it was a great day outside in Boise. We stayed at the Grove Hotel and a short walk... More

It you are looking for a cool place to bike, push a stroller, walk your dog or run, you will find it along the Greenbelt trail on the Boise River. There are several places to eat and a variety of parks along the way. You can even float down the river on a hot day.

This is the one of the most amazing treasures Boise has. Love running on the green belt but it is great for a quiet walk as well. Enjoy cycling along as well.

Walking/biking paths along the Boise River. Goes right by downtown and extends many miles in either direction. Goes right along BSU campus. Shady, many parks, wildlife, etc. Don't miss it!

We loved hiking along the greenbelt, bird watching, and people watching. They have bike paths and we had to constantly dodge speeding riders, but the experience was fun.
