We sailed in the Disney Dream and actually got to visit the island twice. Both days we enjoyed Serenity Bay, the adult only beach. The water is clear and actually able to see fish swimming around.

We went on 7 day Disney Fantasy cruise the week of June 27th. This was our first cruise with 3 young children (3 yo and 2 yo twins). The cruise overall was fantastic and very accommodating to our kids and dietary restrictions. Castaway Cay was our final stop. It was good to stop there on the last day as there... More

Beautiful Disney's private island in the Bahamas. Clean sandy beaches with play area for children. Complementary barbecue beachside was a nice touch. We took an excursion with the glass bottom boat. The tour was nice despite the heavily scratched and stained glass. The tour guides and captain were very helpful and ensured everyone could see and appreciate the local marine... More

We were lucky enough to visit the island twice on our last cruise! Adult beach is relaxing and beautiful. On this visit we saw a ray, parrot fish, and a sand shark. The island now has wheel chairs appropriate for beach and water use.

This island truly makes the Disney cruise extra sepcial. It is incredible - wish I could live there! It is impeccably clean, a TON of activities to choose from and very spacious. The decorations are special and there is something for everyone. The layout, design, and creativity is impressive and a MUST. We chose our cruises based on being able... More

This is Disney Cruise Line's private island. The sand is bright white & clean. The water is sparkling blue and clear. Our favorite activities were snorkling and playing in the water. It was tough to get our 6 year old daughter back to the ship. The buffet lunch was fantastic and of course the unlimited drinks & ice cream.

Great beach, clean water and island has been preserved without any major construction. Many activities provided like parasailing and snorkeling. Great for family vacation.

Well, imagine a carribean island that got Disney-ized and you have Castaway Cay. We stopped here last week as the last stop of our Eastern Carribean Fantasy cruise and had a great time. We did not plan any activities rather just used the beach, snorkeled, rode bikes and had fun on some of the water attractions. It was amazing that... More

This is Disney's private Island. It's awesome and was the highlight of our cruise. The waters are crystal clear and somewhat shallow. There are plenty of activities on the island. We chose to do the stingray feeding which was incredible; you got a chance to feed, touch, and pet the stingrays and then snorkel with them. The beach is big... More

This was our first cruise, but it definitely won’t be our last! We’ve been going to the Disney parks for over 20 years, but this year we decided to try something new. And I’m so glad we did! The ship and crew were magnificent, and I can’t wait to go back. Here’s a little of what to expect: The ship:... More
