We stopped at Disney's private island while on a cruise. The Island is clean and beautiful. The beaches are fun. Since we had been here before on a prior cruise we decided to book the nature walk Kayak combo port adventure. The nature walk was fun and informative .It was about a one mile walk .The August weather was hot... More

Been there twice with DCL and loved every minute of it. Clean, blue water, white sand, palm trees....you get the picture. Can't wait to go back.

Take a deserted island, add some pixie dust compliments of Disney's Imagineers and you have the perfect Caribbean Destination available only to Disney Cruisers. Everything from the shore transportation to complimentary food, drinks and ice cream is well thought out. There is a plethora of things to do for all ages and Serenity Bay, an adults only beach is just... More

Stopped here twice on the DVC member's cruise. Have been here two other times on two different cruises and love it more and more each time! For those of you who don't want to go to disney or take a disney cruise because you think there are too many kids or are all about the kids, you are very wrong.... More

I have been on four Disney Cruises and Castaway Cay 5 times (one cruise visited twice) and each time, the island offered a great time. I however have booked 2 excursions (Jetsking and parasailing) and both were cancelled due to weather. However, the Castaway Rays excursuion is wonderful. If not doing an excursion, definitely try out the biking trails, snorkeling,... More

We were a bit nervous about the island feeling too fake or too crowded, both proved to be totally untrue. We loved the adults only beach and found it largely empty, the snorkling bay area was a lot of fun and once you got out past the small children thrashing about the water was quite clear. Lots of curious sea... More

We sailed the Disney Dream to Bahamas and Disney's private Island Castaway Cay. The private island was/is beautiful and worth every single dollar! The water is aqua blue and beautiful, it rained very hard for part of our stay on the island, but Disney Staff more than made up for it the staff hosted games and made the adventure worthwhile;... Disclaimer... I try to stay away from reviewing Disney locations or attractions since I am part of the Disney family but I just came back from Castaway Cay yesterday and I wish I could stay there for a while. Love it!!

Just got back from sailing on the Disney Fantasy to the Eastern Caribbean. Wonderful time on a superb ship! Largest and newest cruise ship I've ever sailed on. Expensive compared to other cruise lines, but it's Disney so you know it's going to be done right. Was really looking forward to our stop at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, but... More
