My wife, daughter (11), and I took our fourth Disney Cruise on May 17-24, 2014. Our first cruise in 2011 was a 5 day Bahamas trip on the Dream, and our second was a 7 day Eastern Caribbean cruise on her sister-ship, the Fantasy in 2012. For 2013, the Disney Fantasy was once more our ship of choice, and the... More

First Disney cruise. Castaway Cay was the highlight for me and my wife. So relaxing and so much fun for everyone. Wish we had taken one of those "double dip" cruises where the ship goes to Castaway Cay twice and skips Nassau.

We were there for my daughter's wedding on the Disney Magic. A very nice family experience. Not a lot of culture, but plenty of sun, sand and water. Since it is Disney, it is done right. Not too expensive since they have a captive audience. We had an 8 year old and the best bet for us was to rent... More

Our first time to Castaway Cay was bitter sweet- it was our last port, so our cruise was about to end, but they had saved the best for last. Disney really does everything to nth degree. We went straight to the Adult beach area and had a hammock to nap in, Lot's of chairs, lots of hammocks and of course,... More

This is our second Disney cruise and will be back for a third. We have been on other cruise lines and Disney is by far the best. Plenty to do for the kids and adults. Castaway Cay is beautiful. Wish they would skip Nassau and just dock the boat at Castaway entire time!!

My family and I just returned from our 4 night cruise on the Wonder. One of our stops was Castaway Cay. We rented a cabana which was the BEST thing ever! You are treated like royalty in your own private cabana with hammock, stocked fridge, fruit, sunscreen, sand toys, tubes and mats for water, towels, cool refrigerated wash cloths, fresh... More

Our family took the 3 night Disney Dream Cruise. But the overall experience fell below our expectations vis-a-vis the price it commanded: 1. Mediocre Food Quality / Limited Choices - We have taken other cruise lines and I have to say food quality of Disney Cruise Line pales in comparison. The food choices were limited and quality was mediocre. There... More

I felt this island was a little trip to paradise. It's a simple and beautiful island. It was perfect weather and quiet while we were there. The island is small but big enough to accommodate all the cruisers and not in any way feel crowded. This was my favorite stop during the cruise. We purchased the extreme getaway package for... More

My husband and I went sailing on the Disney Fantasy on april 2014. There were by far more ups than downs. The Fantasy ship overall is gorgeous, spacious and super neat... including the cabins and bathrooms all around. The service goes above and beyond and the spirit is wonderful. Not so good are the food and the value for the... More

We had a late start due to the Wonder re-docking second time around due to high winds. We did not get off the ship until 11am. There are plenty of beach lounge chairs on the beach. The kids loved playing on the water and on the beach. We spent the whole day on the beach. The BBQ was good. Plus... More
