Very disappointing. I booked the trip three months in advance, letting them know that this was a Girl Scout troop visiting Savannah. Supposedly, Captain Mike's has special Girl Scout tours, but they did not put our troop with other Girl Scouts. We were in a very crowded boat with a family reunion, people who probably wished we weren't with them.... More

We do apologize as there seems to be some confusion about our Girl Scout trips. We do not offer a "special Girl Scout tour" . We do offer a discounted rate for groups with a minimum of 6 scouts and unfortunately your group only had 4 thus you were charged the regular rate. Our weekend staff inadvertently gave you the... The dolphins were prolific and entertaining for our visit! We spotted several throughout our trip, but there were many around the shrimp boat. A few even performed by jumping out of the water for us. Our trip took us near the Cockspur Lighthouse, which at high tide was entirely surrounded by water. The guide on the boat was interesting and... More

While it seemed as though we didn't see much of the dolphin activity we had hoped for, it was a fun afternoon for our family. Unfortunately, the waves were the 'choppiest they'd been all season' so we didn't go out too far but the girl at the microphone was very informative and pleasant. I would agree that things were a... Nice boat with plenty of shaded seating. Restroom facilities are a big plus! Capt. Mike offers a fantastic tour, very knowledgeable, very personable. We got to see 7-8 dolphins pretty close up. Take a small cooler with water and snacks. Next time we'll try the fireworks cruise.

This was the worst part of our entire family vacation. We called "captain mike's" early in the day to book our trip for 5 adults and 1 child under 2 years old. No one would answer, so we booked online. Sadly, my young nephew got very ill while on the beach. With understanding their "4 hour prior" policy, we called... More

Thank you for alerting us to this situation. We did call and leave a voicemail with the initial caller, Unfortunately she did not find the voicemail until she had returned from the trip. I enjoyed speaking with your mother and have issued a full refund. We apologize for the unprofessional manner in which you were spoken to by a member... More

9 of us, including 4 teens took the tour on 7/23 in the afternoon. Veronica is an amazing tour guide who is very knowledgeable about not only dolphins, but marine life, the environment and the area. When I tell you we saw hundreds of dolphins, I am not exaggerating! Have your cameras ready b/c you won't be able to take... More

We saw a lot of dolphins. The guide on the boat and captain were certainly informative and made the trip humorous and interesting. Might suggest shade for those waiting on the dock, quite a few of the elderly people were having difficulty waiting in the heat.

We have taken visitors on the dolphin tour 3 times. There are always plenty of dolphins to see, and the captain maneuvers the boat so that everyone gets a good view. The narrator shares facts about the dolphins and the area points of interest. Yesterday, we passed a cottage being constructed for an Adam Sandler movie. Sometimes we have gotten... More

Parking is a little tricky if you have an oversized vehicle. We saw lots of dolphins and 2 lighthouses. One dolphin kept jumping and side-flopping. It was a good time.
