This is a wonderful park! It's well worth the visit! I have been with my family on occasion and I also have friends who take their families as well. Great place to visit alone or with a significant other, friends, or family!!

We set out on the bike trial one lovely afternoon and stopped in. Panola Mountain is one of my favorite GA State CP. It's relaxing, peaceful, and very quiet. The park rangers are so nice. Once we came late after the office had closed. We wanted some information on the Jr. Ranger program. The park ranger was nice enough to... More

I have been going to Panola Mt Pk for 25 yrs...and I don't live close by....there is a bike trail that starts there that goes to Alexandria Lake, so beautiful through a forest area. We visit from Florida every year during the holidays. Every chance we get we go to Panola with my younger cousins and enjoy the beautiful park.

Went there on a geocaching excursion. Our visit was short, but we experienced some great trails. Worth a visit. Nice bike trails too.

Our stop at Panola Mountain State Conservation Park was highlighted by a nature hike of about 3/4 miles behind the Nature Center. Following this well marked, easy walking trail, we were treated to a beautiful view of Panola Mountain in the foreground and Stone Mountain in the background. This one view made the entire stop worthwhile. Seriously stopping here to... More

This Park is beautiful and clean. I always feel safe going here with my grandsons. They have a wonderful time on the playground and participating with the Scavenger Hunts and other ongoing activities for children. Absolutely beautiful area.
