This home is such a beautiful piece of history! The views from the upper floors are gorgeous! Our docent was so informative and delightful in her presentation of so many details. WOW!! The front porch had little sprigs of what was blooming in the gardens on a small table. So inviting!!

We loved visiting this home. So beautiful and the tour guide was so informative. I loved learning about the history of the home. So many items are original to the home so it made it extremely interesting. Don't miss seeing this home.

One of three historical houses acquired by City of Roswell and made into a network of house museums. Careful attention to detail has been given to refurnishing the interior of these houses. Low cost of admission when using a non-expiring passport to visit the three houses. We tended to visit one house and then another on another visit to Roswell.... More

House is well maintained and furnished. The history is fascinating, especially the direct tie to Teddy Roosevelt. Grounds are very nice disk with several out buildings and trails. Sharing yo find the oasis in the middle of a large city like Roswell..

Step back in time to appreciate the simple beauty of the homes in Roswell. It is well worth a visit and take time to stroll the grounds. They are simple but give you a feeling of how these people lived.

We were greeted on the expansive wrap-around porch by a Southern belle in a beautiful hoop skirted gown. The home has large rooms and a nice floorplan, rather unusual for a 19th century home. The furnishings were authentic mid 1800's, although some were not the original furniture. Our tour guide did a wonderful job showing us around all 3 floors.... More

My Wife and I love the Civil war and antebellum stories and sights. Roswell, Georgia has three antebellum homes for viewing. We took two days to do all three (by the way, there's a discount if you buy the southern trilogy - a pass to all three sites). We did Bulloch Hall and the Smith Plantation the first day and... More

Right in the heart of bustling Roswell sits an 1800's estate, Barrington Hall. I went there for the first time on July 4th to catch a Blue Grass band that was performing for visitors and was really surprised. From the columned porch of the Main House you can oversee much of the grounds surrounding the Civil War era buildings. The... More

My daughter took me the Historic Trilogy Houses and this is one of them! It took my breath away at how lovely it is. There is a big porch and many columns and I would love to sit out there all day with a glass of tea and look at the lovely garden. The parking lot is by the house... More
