By all accounts, there is not much to do in Pine Mtn, GA, especially in the off-season; however, if you find yourself there, you MUST visit this venue. We had the best time, I think in part due to it being unexpected. Park admission is reasonably priced as is the food for the animals. I STRONGLY recommend you paying the... More

This was a great experience besides being a lot of fun. We rented ( very reasonable) one of the so-called vehicles that should have been crushed but it was a great means to travel through The Wild Animal Safari's Serengeti where countless types of plains animals roam. These animals would see us coming down the road and would charge towards... More

Went in a cool day in April. This visit was a group visit and we were in a bus with a driver. If you go with just a few people, you can and should rent one of their vehicles like a van. In the bus the animals are lower to you. When you feed them you must drop the food... More

We decided at the last minute to take a Park van instead of our personal new car! Good move, cause the animals don't respect "New" and - in fact - have trouble with old too. Hey, they're animals. We had a marvelous times photographing the various deer, elk, pigs (& Piglets too), rhinos, giraffes, bison, water buffalos - everybody wanted... More

If you can't travel to Africa for a "real" safari, this is the next best thing! My husband and I took our two grandchildren to Pine Mountain Wild Animal Safari with limited expectations, because after all, we were in Georgia, not Africa. Were we ever WRONG!!! We loved, loved, loved this experience. Luckily, we came early in the day (come... More

I've been to Wild Animal Safari twice before this past Sunday 4/12/15. I was concerned in the walk about area where I noticed the majority of the animals did not have fresh water. This should be a priority with the approaching warm weather. Previously when I was there, the animals had fresh water & food. There should be an employee... More

We try to come at least once a year, and we always bring some friends with us. You can get some great pictures because the animals are so close - on the safari they are literally in your face, but in a fun and nice way. It is a place that makes happy memories. The petting/walk though zoo takes about... More

My Father-in-law has brought us to PMWAS twice now and it never disappoints. Buy a bag of food (or 2 or 3), get back in your car, and let the adventure begin! Animals of all types will be poking their heads into your car to be fed. Yes, even a longhorn, who got his horns stuck for a moment in... More

We have been visiting this park for years now. We have brought all of our family from out of town here and always have such a memorable experience. We always enjoy riding through the park and feeding the animals. The zoo area is smaller, but has lots of interesting animals to see. This is a must experience when visiting the Pine... More

There are 2 parts to this place, a drive through safari and a walk through zoo. I strongly recommend buying food to hand out and renting one of their vehicles to drive through, you won't regret it.Their vehicle aren't in great shape, but when we went through, some water buffalo were getting friendly with a new car in front of...
