This was so much fun! It's fun for the whole family, defiantly rent their car because the animals get up close and personal! You get an hour to ride through the park and the animals will come up to the car for you to feed them animal pellets. We laughed the whole time, worth the trip!

Had a great time at the animal safari! After doing this a normal zoo seems very lame. Animals of all kind come right up and into your car. Kids loved it (ages 10, 8, and 6) parents loved it and grandparents loved it! A couple tips: - Make sure you rent their van to take into the park. The animals... More

My family and I recently visited here on a rainy Saturday. Don't let the rain stop you.... it didn't bother the animals at all. The animals -lots of them will come right up to your vehicle and try to stick their heads in. Most are gentle and you can feed them by hand. Just be sure to throw food to... More

The park is well worth the money, especially if you arrive early and spend the whole day there. The only ripoff I believe is the van rental ( it's only for an hour and it takes longer than that to truly enjoy it.) At a minimum buy the 4 pack of food.

I always think that animal encounters are great and it's nice to observe them in open-air environments. I learned that if I were going to do this again, I would ride in their bus - not drive my own car through. There were times that I could not move my car because I was completely surrounded by animals and I... More

Everything was great just remember to rent their cars do not use yours. Staff was ok but, for Georgia it was very nice.

The Wild Animal Safari was a wonderful experience. We opted to ride the bus with the guide, however, there is the option to drive your own car or you can rent a vehicle to drive. You must purchase food for the animals otherwise they have no real incentive to get closer to you. An abundance of animals walked right up... More

Went here on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, my grandsons were so excited to see the Wild Animals, they equated this to their favorite TV show the Wild Kratts where each animal has a super creature power. We rented a van and all of us were entertained by the animals. It was awesome!

We have been coming to Pine Mountain Chalets for Thanksgiving for the lat 5 years. It is a great place to stay if you like the mountain feel without all the commercilized huppla. Great places to visit in the area, FDR State Park, Warm Springs, LaGrange, Callaway Gardens, of course, etc. Love the view from Chalet #9 where we have... More

I love modern zoos and animal sanctuaries but this facility falls short in all areas. The "wild animals" that roam loose were mostly deer and pot bellied pigs with a couple of bison and cows thrown in. Most animals are close to the entry so the last half of the route is devoid of any animals. One giraffe and one... More
