We were visiting the area for a wedding. Happen to be looking at a city map and our waitress told us about a couple of local things so we ended up at the Wild Animal safari. It was a great experience and I really enjoy myself. I can't wait to go on another safari, everyone was so nice and friendly.... More

I highly recommend spending the $20 on renting the van. The van is not air conditioned and is kinda gross, but suits the purpose. Go early in day if you can. I'm pretty sure they open at 10. Many animals have big horn sandy they come right up. By tickets online 24 hours or more in advance to save $.... More

The very time we visited here we loved it. The animals just come right up to you and eat from your hand. On our most recent visit July 25th this placed looked run down and that no one was even caring for the animals in the "zoo" part. The grass was over grown and unkept in several of the animal... This was an interesting experience to say the least and definitely memorable. It's basically a drive thru animal safari park in which you can use your own vehicle or use one provided by the park. There are lots of animals that walk right up to your vehicle waiting for the treats you were given prior to entering the safari park.... More

This was our first trip to Pine Mountain, GA. We stopped here on the way to Callaway Gardens. We chose to take the guided tour, which is included in the price of admission. Please note: seating is first come, first serve, so be in front of the little yellow gift shop about 10 minutes before departure. The park opens at... More

You must experience it for yourself. You can purchase tickets either online ($2.00 cheaper per person) or at the Safari location. Our total for two adults was $43.90 we purchased our tickets on site, online it would have been $39.90. The ticket cost includes entrance to the Safari, your tour bus ride with a narrator, and your walk through area... More

This was a return trip for our family. My youngest, now 12, did not remember the trip as I think we were there when he was just a baby so we promised to take them back when we were in the area. We arrived on a Friday around 4:30/5p knowing that 2 hours would be plenty of time. We happened... More

There are two parts to this park, a drive thru and a walkabout. Of the several ways to tour the drive thru, we chose the tour bus included in the price. You drive your own vehicle or rent one of their vans. We thought we would enjoy the narration from the driver, and the parts I heard were informative, but... More

Took my kids on a visit to Columbus Georgia to see my son and we laughed till we had tears! On the rise of touring the safari I began to believe I was on someone's ranch in Texas Hill Country....there are giraffes and zebras but lots of pigs and all kinds of Buffaloes....The videos we posted on Facebook were hilarious... The family went to Pine Mountain Wild Animal Safari on Friday morning of the 3-day holiday weekend. Thanks to other Trip Advisor reviews we had a plan... We arrived early and rented a van, purchased a 4-pack of feed and got on the trail first thing. Immediately entering the gates the animals wanted to see what we had for them.... More
