Always a good time at the square.

Enjoy a stroll, the food market or music nights at Marietta Square. There are great eateries, shops and or just watch the kids play at the square.

The Marietta Square and Glover Park. You can spend half a day exploring all the storefronts in this historic square. General Sherman rode through here on his way to Atlanta. When you're hungry there is a wide variety of restaurants. When you're tired, there's a beautiful park right in the middle of the square with large trees and benches, and... More

A typical Southern quare, surrounded on three sides by wonderful shops and restaurants and on the fourth side by local government offices. A word of warning - there's a Saturday Farmer's market here in the spring and summer and parking can be "challenging" then but the farmers' offerings make it worth the trip. This beautiful and picturesque,old-school park is surrounded by an eclectic cuisine choice and a choice of shops that will provide something of interest for every person who visits. Plan on spending a few hours! The little choo-choo train playground will provide delight for the kiddos! Eddie's Trick Shop is fun for all and antique shops are great!

My brother and I used to walk miles to the park. It was very interesting with statues, swings, playground equipment and a fountain with goldfish. People would throw change in the fountain and when no one was looking we would get it out. Today that park is beautiful and well maintained. Parents bring their children there all the time to... Marietta Square is bustling, quaint, well shaded, prosperous and delightful to visit. Several small shops and many small, tasty restaurants that are independently owned (not the big chain stuff). It looks like an old town square; friendly and small.
