The miniature train journey around Germany was amazing! The years of intricate work has produced a wonderful diorama...I won't mention any details (don't want to ruin your surprise) but it's well worth the visit!!!

Sweet couple with a passion for what they do. They spent time teaching my son how to work a train set in their store and just seemed to beam doing it. The model is amazing, the attention to detail was amazing!!!!!

Finally got around to visiting the kingdom. They advertise it as being Germany from sea to sea. It definitely has some long hours invested, but was unable figure out where each city was supposed to be in the display. Also it was really hot after paying $5 a person and being told it had a/c. Definitely something to see once,... More

Definitely worth the stop for an excursion that you can spend as little or as long as you want depending on you interest to details. For the model railroader it is a must see. Extreme attention to geographic details.

We planned to visit this place before we ever arrived in town. So glad we did. This is an awesome miniature train/city/country set up. The attention to detail is so great. We spent a good amount of time just looking at all the little things and I know we missed some. The "wrecked" spaceship and hot air balloon were hilarious... More

I just returned from a great trip to Helen, Ga with my family. My three year old loves trains as well as our Paw Paw. Charlemagne's Kingdom is a model train exhibit/replica of an German Alpine Village. The detail is amazing. The owners were kind, taking time to get to know us. They offered a discount to my father in... More

This sightseeing stop was worth the price of admission, which was $5 for adults. It's a giant, extremely-detailed model train set of everyday Germany. The scenes depict daily life - beachgoers, cars, people going about their lives, but there were some funny vignettes, too. Look for UFOs crashing into the mountainside, and some buildings on fire. We didn't find there... More

A lot of work went into this. We have lived in Germany and weren't all that fascinated, though. Maybe I just wanted to be hiking that day

My family has visited Charlemagne's Kingdom twice and enjoyed it both times. The owner is very friendly and passionate about trains. The store is filled with good quality trains and other toys, many of which your kids can try out. The train model is amazing. You could spend a long time looking at all the details in the villages. Definitely... More
