Nice bridge

The bridge was so nice, but it's a shame that people have to vandalize these things that have been around for so long. No respect for anything of sentimental value.

Saw this covered bridge on the way to other destinations. Missed it initially, stopped on the way back. Nothing very exciting unfortunately. Disappointed by the graffiti & the picnic table has been vandalized and was broken. There was only a little trickle of water running underneath. Photo turned out better than the real thing.

Interesting but a bit disappointing as the bridge was samll and not in use. The sign explaining the bridge and mill was very nice but the whole area could have been improved...i.e. paving was broken up, signs before you came upon it, cleanliness, etc.

This could be a really beautiful attraction, as the location is very picturesque and there is a good deal of information on the sign. However the bridge is ruined by graffiti and smells quite bad.

This bridge, the floor inside, even the posts at the ends of the bridge are all covered in grafitti. It is sickening and sad. I was sorry I stopped.

This bridge is graffitied an a replica of the real one that washed away. Not worth your time. Ugly. Graffitied. Fake.

I am thrilled to say that Lyn's great, great grandfather built this bridge. (Will Pardue) it is a beautiful bridge and you should get by to see it. I was sad to see graffiti on the inside of its panels, but I guess someone thought they were making it even more beautiful!

The kids enjoyed walking across the bridge and being able to read about the history. There's also paths down to the water and great opportunities for pictures!

The bridge itself is very picturesque, unfortunately it is marred by graffiti and some concrete poles that you will have to edit out of your photos. It is worth the short drive if you are in the Helen area.

A cute small covered bridge that is right by the highway offers parking, picnicking and fishing in a clear mountain stream. We once were able to rent the house on the opposite side of the road. small waterfall and photo opportunities.
