The waterpark was a nice way to cool off from the Labor Day heat. The cost is great, but there is only 4 slides and a lazy river. The kids loved it. The tubing is really really long..about 3 hours to be exact and it's alot of work. I couldn't wait to get out of that tube. Not relaxing at... More

Well worth the money, rent a stick and I suggest water shoes. I admit, the trip was LONG and I got a little tired of floating, but we did go on Labor Day so that mat explain the crowd. Had a great time I would do again.

There are 2 tubing places in Helen. Helen Tubing and Cool River. Helen Tubing is $3 and Cool River is $5. They both go down the same stretch of water so there isn't a ton of differences. Cool River has 2 tube sizes and they are blue or green. Helen Tubing has pink tubes. We like to pack a lunch,... More

Went up to Helen to go tubing with our church group. I decided on Helen Tubing as the company to do it with. And in fairness to them, they were a great company. The people were nice, the equipment was above standard. No problems there. But we started at the farthest of their entry points to the river, the one... More

We went tubing again in Helen on the Friday before the Labor Day weekend to avoid the crowds and had a nice time. However, if you’re new to tubing in Helen: There are 2 main tubing companies and both use exactly the same sections of river: - Cool River Tubing (1 1/2 & 3 hr trips +smaller water park) -... More

Since a tourist was shot dead in Helen, I have seen too many guys with guns walking around. They support the shooter's right to bear arms but not a family's right to enjoy a safe venue.

We were really looking forward to visiting the waterpark, but were slightly disappointed to be honest. The lazy river is pleasant, but far too slow to move with any pace so was a little frustrating for the children. The whole lazy river was also roped off meaning that you couldn't easily enter and exit the river, which when it takes... More

This was also planned in our trip to Helen and we had so much fun with the kids for 2 1/2 hours and got a little tan! Would definitely recommend going here and make sure you rent their stick because you do get stuck on the rocks! lol No drinks allowed but remember to wear water shoes. That is a... More

I went to Helen last Sunday, tubing was damn fun and was very cheap. It was damn good. Near by is Helen town and Ruby fall. Went with friends, was fun.
