Hit bottom a few times. Stick is necessary and had to walk a lot. More work than a lazy river but all had fun.

We got lucky as it had been raining for most of the week so the river was up. We got stuck a few times but we had the stick. The water park was ok. I have never been a fan of water parks but the kids loved it. I feel I got my moneys worth.

We arrived the weekend of 7/19-20/14 for a fun family weekend at the water park and river tubing. Sat. was OK for tubing but the water park was pretty lame. That was OK as the children had a somewhat fun time. The trouble started Sun. When we arrived back at our hotel (The Econo Lodge) we were given $5 off... More

We took a day trip up to Helen recently to enjoy some lazy tubing on the river. We have been to Helen before but we had used another popular tubing company then. We decided on Helen Tubing and Water Park mainly because of our 6-year-old son who loves waterparks (which kid doesn’t). We had a great time. The weather was... More

This was our first time not only to Helen, Ga but also tubing and it was an outstanding experience! It was very reasonable and worth the drive for us (Anderson, SC). The staff and owner were so friendly and they made sure that we knew what we needed to and had everything we needed. It is very family friendly, which... More

We were 1 st timers and really enjoyed. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Can't beat the price. I was nervous about it Maybe being beyond the skill level of my 5 year old. I shouldn't have worried. He did great and had a blast, although we did take advantage of the free life vest for him. There... More

In hot weather this is the only place for a family... It is done right, safe and you will float tied together if you like.

My daughter's high school graduation group and parents had a great time tubing. We went during the week and it wasn't too crowded. I highly recommend the stick to push off with and I think it is more fun when the river is high. I got stuck several times but other tubers helped me. IT was a fun day!

We always plan a tubing trip every year! Helen is defiantly the place to go! I would however suggest that you try to go tubing on a weekday because weekends are PACKED and not quite as much fun. You will defiantly love it though! Also while you are at the drop in site check out the little Corndog stand to... More

My family enjoyed the tubing so much we did it two days in a row! The second day it started thundering while we were on the river. I wasn't real keen on that and didn't know what to do or where to go for shelter. My only suggestion would be that they give you instructions on what to do in... More
