This was a 2 hour hike up the mountain and 2 hours back so you have to make sure you know that. The cliffs are in the National Forest and the trail is not exactly paved. The path is very rugged and does require a good amount of energy and ability, especially at the top of the cliff. Only the... More

Nice hike. It goes along a stream to a not that exciting waterfall. No where to swim, really. Not nearly as pretty as the walk to Anna Ruby Falls, but that is a short stroll, not a hike. It can't compare to the hike in the floor of Tullulah Gorge, 45 minutes away.

So far my favorite hike in Ga. Not a hard hike a few steep parts but not many. It follows the creek a few places to sit and chill and enjoy.

The trail was super easy to find. It was neat to walk along the stream, and it gave alot of picture opportunities. Saw alot of people camping on the trail. My husband and I are novice hikers and had some difficulty with the trail with some narrow spots and inclines, but the falls were pretty. I agree with a previous... More

Great for a day hike! Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the trail. Well marked trail that is trafficked enough that it self-maintains. Trail can get busy though on good weather weekends. I'd recommend getting there early in the morning.

We loved this hike because you could get off the beaten trail and explore. We went to the very top of the crevasse and came around the other side and found an awesome waterfall you could stand under. So refreshing!! Lots of adventure !!

This was my first hike and amazing! It is about 5 miles round trip with some steep parts if you go all the way to top of falls, but well worth it. Waterfalls were flowing like crazy due to all the rainfall in the last week.

I love this trail. You can camp along the trail after about 1/4 mile. There are several waterfalls and cascades all along the way as you travel beside the creek the majority of the trail. The trail bed is in pretty good shape but can be muddy and slippery after a rain. There are several places where you hop over... More

My finacee and I recently hiked to Raven Cliffs Falls during our stay in Helen, GA. We loved the hike and all of the smaller waterfalls you see along the way. Luckily we were prepared, otherwise we would have been surprised by the 6 mile round trip hike. The sign at the entrance to the trail does not tell you... More

My fiances and I stopped here as we were leaving Helen. The park is located about 10-15 minutes outside of Helen, and is fairly easy to drive to. The trail itself follows a stream the entire path until it ends at the actual falls. It took about 2 hours to walk the path from the beginning to the falls, while... More
