We are a family 6 (Kids ages 6-11) and wanted to hike the trail as part of our homeschooling field-trip. The trip offered excellent teaching materials as well as being very beautiful and easy to travel, being that it is a paved pathway. The falls were beautiful as well as the "Stream" that ran beside the pathway. The fee to... More

The half mile hike up the cement pathway is steep in some places but it is a beautiful place surrounded by a creek and lots of trees. It is in a national forest so there are handrails to hold on to. I saw an elderly woman with a walker climbing it with the assistance of her husband so it is... More

Amazing! In order to get to the falls park, you have to drive through a state park. It was a nice walk to the falls itself, beautiful scenery with informational signage to help you learn about what you are seeing and the environment around you. There are a lot of benches if you get tired. There are technically two falls... More

It was an easy climb on a paved road. The payoff was nice though. Kids dont pay which was nice. Prettiest waterfall.

This is a real gem of a sight. Yes, the hike to the top is a challenge, but well worth the effort. You can take your time and stop along the way and rest if needed on the many stone benches.

If you are into waterfalls, this was just a pretty area. Not dramatic, but nice and relaxing. Worth spending $3.00 per person to enter the park

We reached the falls with a half a mile paved trail that lead from the parking lot to two viewing decks. From there we get a nice view of both falls. These beautiful falls are located in the Chattahoochee National Forest and are readily accessible for the price a few dollars and a little bit of hiking. If we are... More

The short 1/2 mile walk sounded great except it was straight uphill. The good thing about that was the creak itself was was a beautiful series of waterfalls leading to a double magnificent falls.

We took our 2 nieces, nephew, and brother and sister in law to visit. We all enjoyed it. The only thing I wish they had was a little more in the way of refreshments at the visitors center. The short hike to the falls is well worth it. Take your camera and make plenty of pictures.
