It was a cool damp day which seemed perfect for a visit. Dog friendly location and good variety in the gift shop

This hike is short with the stream running parallel with many small waterfalls in the way to the main attraction. Down side is that it was all uphill at a 30+ degree angle, while a stroller might go almost all the way you might pass out getting it there

The falls are very beautiful and we all enjoyed them. It is a little bit of a hike ( about a 1/2mi ) to get to them but it is well worth it. There are several spots to stop and take pictures along the way of the stream before the falls. These are very nice too.

It's a beautiful drive and a beautiful place. However, if you are afraid of snakes as I am there are postings to be careful for copperheads and rattle snakes. It's very reasonable to get into the park.

Uphill hike almost all the way, .4 tenths of a mile, falls were beautiful. Route very serene and beautiful also. Several rest spots along the way.

The falls are beautiful. the walk is short and well worth it. there are other trails but we only took this one. The path is wide and along the stream heading to the falls is beautiful. a must if you go in the area!

Visited the hike before lunch. Took 1 hour from parking lot to parking lot, spending 10-15 minutes at the falls. It's a short hike (half mile or less 1 way) but gets pretty steep about halfway (flip flops were not a good choice but I made it carrying our 6 month old on my chest). The falls are pretty and... Three of us enjoyed a leisurely hour walking the 0.8 mile round trip from the parking lot to the falls and back. It was mid August, and we found the shade and mid seventy degree temperature to be pleasant as can be. We encountered about a dozen others on this Friday morning walk. The walk was paved, the falls were... More
