This is a favorite place of ours for obtaining great quality plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees that are reasonably priced and last! There is also a small feeding/petting farm area where little ones can visit goats, geese etc., a scoop of feed is all you need to entertain the little ones for a few minutes or simply reward them for... I went to the farm to purchase some plants and trees for landscaping, on 4/25/2005. The staff members ( family members?) are very rude, did not want to help. They acted as if they were bothered. The place was empty because it was raining, not like they were busy. I would have to say that the older lady at the... More

We went over the Kinsey Family Farm to look for some trees and other plants for our yard at our new house. We hadn't been there before so the signage isn't really great to figure out where things are. We just saw some people and followed them and figured it out. As we walked around the plants some of them... More

Abba House has our annual Fall Fest each year in the fall that is a free event for the community. Kinsey Family Farm has been so generous to let us barrow their pumpkins each year and have expected no recognition in return. Not only do they allows us the pumpkins but they help us load and unload with fabulous attitudes.... More

We were at the farm last Friday and purchased several trees and shrubs. The staff at the farm was very helpful and patient while we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. They showed us several possibilities and then we made our decision. All of the Plants have been installed and we are very happy with our selections. Thank... More

This farm offers the best of the best of a family farm experience! Children can enjoy pumpkins, hayrides, giant catfish in the pond and animals that love to be hand fed. The Kinsey family has put their hearts into this wonderful place and it shows in every aspect of this beautiful place. There are 3 Kinsey pumpkins on my porch... More

Thank you for your kind words Melanie! It is always a delight to hear that families are doing the "family thing" out at the farm! That's one of our core goals!!! Have a great fall and enjoy those pumpkins. :) More

We visit the Kinsey Family Farm on a regular basis. We will often visit to relax and enjoy a beautiful afternoon with our two small girls; taking in the farm feel, watching the animals, riding the hayride and feeding the fish. Sometimes we will bring lunch while others times we are looking for plants or shrubs for the yard. We... More

You sound like a terrific parent TSmith! You certainly have found a knack for enjoying the "individual moments" and that is a fantastic skill to pass along to your daughters. :) Thanks for your support throughout the seasons!!! We will be sure to give Big Kitty a scratch under the chin for you! :) More

Trips to the Kinsey Family Farm are a family tradition every October and December. With an amazing selection of pumpkins, including new kinds of various shapes and colors we never knew existed, our boys have so much fun looking at them all, and then have a terrible time deciding which ones they want because they're all so cool. Hayrides, checking... More

Thanks Matt! So glad to hear your wife and boys enjoy the farm. But even better is that you clearly enjoy getting outdoors and spending time together! Please feel free to come back and visit whenever you would like . . . and definitely bring those boys . . . the farm is a great place for them to burn... More

Our visit to kinsey family farm was worth the drive. My wife and kids look forward to picking out our different style of pumpins each year at the farm. We thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere of the nursery and how clean and organized the place is. You can tell each year this family invests into their farm to improve the customers... More

Sooo disappointed!! We have been going to Kinsey Farm every year for over 4 years to pick out my kid's pumpkins (and Christmas trees) and we've always had a wonderful time. However, we visited yesterday only to leave empty handed and very sad. We took time to pick out all our pumpkins, apples, and all our other Fall trimmings, packed... More

The Kinsey Family Farm response to this incident when it initially occurred on Facebook: Wow Mary . . . honestly that comes as a shock to me and is the first I had heard about it. To explain the situation from the other side of the fence, so to speak, there is no specific policy as to dealing with items... More
