just got back from Your DeKalb Farmers Market. Great fun shared with 2 friends. Lots of spices, breads, desserts & other unique items were picked up. I'm looking forward to trying out some new teas. Beautiful flower market too! Next time I'm visiting my friend in ATL, I'll make sure I have my list ready before heading to the market!

This former not-to-be-missed market is worth a pass these days. In over 30 years of attending this market, there were enough poor quality standards to reveal that much is amiss at Your DeKalb Farmers Market. Sad am I to report that the chocolate creme cakes in the bakery were stale. In the cafeteria, the ratatouille was cold, the potato skins... More

Very popular, about to do a big big expansion. So big, in fact, that they decided to clear cut ONE HUNDRED Acres of very old forest on their property. It is a sad sight. Seems like they could have left at least one tree. . .maybe build a parking garage instead of a lot??The current facility has no ventilation or... More

I have visited quite a few Farmers Markets but this is absolutely the best yet. It has such a huge variety of quality products. Everything is fresh and wholesome and you can really find some good deals. There is something for everyone and every culture..

This was our first time visiting YDFM and had a very nice experience. The selection of food is incredible - not just breads and produce but the fish and meat sections are very impressive. They have numerous flavors of fresh made sausages, every cut of meat you could want and an amazing selection of fresh fish that they'll clean and... More

We are traveling through in a Motor Home and this place was suggested. First of all it is huge. The produce section is almost as big as a small grocery store. The section of International is the largest I have seen. There is a great wine section and huge imported beer section. Very few domestic brands of beer and the... More

Can't miss shopping at DeKalb Farmer's Market. It must be experienced-so many choices, fresh produce, baked breads, fish, meats, international groceries, spices and a small cafeteria. We go at least once a month.

Being easy to find and centrally located makes this a double win. Makes it easy to change/ improve ones healthy culinary choices with clear signage & vast displays. Only drawback is heavily accented staff that don't always comprehend questions. This lends to unbridled discovery. Items are always in the same place (unlike warehouses & grocers), wink. Bake goods are absolutely... More

I love YDFM. Unfortunately I live about 45 minutes away so I only go every month or so. If you eat organic whole foods you will find the best prices at YDFM. But be forewarned...this isn't "Farmers Market" as in stalls-set-up- for-various-local-farmers-to-sell-goods. This is a huge international grocery store. This is what we buy and love at YDFM: 1. Like... More

I had seen the Dekalb Farmers Market on television a few years ago and visiting it was an item on my bucket list. Well I was able to check it off the list because last March wile in Atlanta for my wife's work, we were able to stop in and see it for ourselves. The way they set the different... More
