As a hard core foodie, this place is a must. I go there weekly, driving half an hour out of my way just to get what I want. The sheer breadth of veggies, fish, meats, and other goodies is almost mind boggling. And the prices are amazing. Some organics and non-GMOs available, but they could offer more. Still, even if... This has got to be the largest indoor market around. You can spend hours just looking at what they have to offer. I saw fruits and vegetables that I did not even know existed. If you are in the area it is a must to see. Take a sweater it is very chilly inside

This place is a great place to visit even if you only want to see many vegetables for the first time. The selection is overwhelming but fun to see. The place is cool so bring a sweater but plan to load your cart. No credit cards so bring cash or have your check approved as you enter the store. This... More

Amazing selection and impeccably clean. Service is beyond great. For the most part, prices are a great deal, but pay attention. Fresh baked goods of every variety and fresh vegetables are abundant. Don't forget to visit the spice wall. That's right, an entire wall! Great selection of wine from all over the world, but limited selection of beer. Great hot... More

There are a lot of grocery stores and membership retail clubs nearby, but I must go to the farmers market every few weeks to stock up on fresh food. Theres no other place like it near me. The selection is great and can't be beat. Its more lively than your local grocery store too. Tip- Take a break and have... More

My son-in-law is from India and was amazed to find they had four different kinds of mangoes. There are many other cultural foods and items you will find in this place. I especially liked the bulk packs of nuts and dried fruits. However, most fresh fruit is also excellent and well priced. They also sell food prepared for eating there.

There is no shopping experience quite like the DeKalb Farmer's Market just east of Atlanta. It is like trying to maneuver a cart through the traffic of Mumbai, Mexico City, Istanbul, Paris, Tokyo, Beijing and, of course, Atlanta all at the same time. On busy days it can be a bit crazy but nowhere in the city can you find... More

This unique market is located east of downtown Atlanta. It has everything from bulk spices, to meats, seafood, and produce. Just about every type of produce is available here. Fresh stock is put on the shelves every second. Get here early to avoid the crowds. Many of the customers are retail customers, but a lot of restaurants visit here to... More
