If you visit Atlanta, and you love food, you should stop in at Your Dekalb Farmers Market. It's just a few miles outside the city's center. I'm lucky because I live pretty close by. This market stocks almost everything anyone would need to make a dish from any country in the world. It has fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, charcuterie, seafood,... More

This is the BEST Farmers market around; it's amazing. Come early to avoid the rush. Food items from across the globe coupled with the huge flags from every nation. Fresh fruits and veggies, all types of meats, cheeses and seasonings. And wine and beers. Don't miss the bakery section and the beautiful fresh flowers! Very reasonable prices too!

This farmers market is incredible! On the weekend, it tends to be a bit crowded, but don't let that hinder your visit! The prices and variety is amazing!!! They always have a nice selection of green vegetables. If you like collards, they have the best selection I have ever seen! Don't miss their cheese and meat selection as well. If... More

Great place for fresh seafood and vegetables. It gets crowded around noon so try to get in during the hours before or after noon.

A huge selection of food from all over the world. Can get crowded at times but worth it. The breads, meat, desserts, salad bar, and the fresh vegetables/fruits make this a wonderful place to shop!

Although routinely chaotic and old-fashioned (no credit cards, poor throughput at check out), the selection and quality make this a great place for shopping for many items, particularly fresh and hard to find items. Bring an extra clothing layer because it is always cold!

We live down the street, so YDFM is part of our regular routine. While you can't really find packaged foods here, and will likely need to go to the regular grocery store for some staples, the variety of fresh food here can't be beat. We buy organic produce and their prices on organic are better than the grocery store prices... More

I have gone here weekly for years. It has a huge variety of vegetables, fruit, cheese, meat and bread with the least expensive organic in town.

Everything imaginable in the way of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and meat is available. 100 pound bags of rice on down to single avocados. Also many prepared foods including cakes, pies, breads, pizza, deli items, frozen foods, flowers, spices, wines, beers, etc. Deli on-site if you want to eat there. International staff sometimes makes conversation interesting.
