Got to riverwalk & saw the rafting. Amazing that Alabama is that close. A must see if you are in Columbus

We loved watching the white water river rafters. Saw several flip over, reload and try again. Looked like they were having a fun time.

Now this is some the fun for everyone. You can watch white water rafters, kayaker, paddle boarders all go through the Rapids. Also great to walk or bike. Walking distance to restraunts and shops.

The Riverwalk is just beautiful. Glad we stopped by to check it out. We will definitely go back to try the rafting and other water sports. Our only complaint was the blatant disrespect others have for this nice venue. It amazes me that the locals, whose tax $ went to build it, don't feel the need to scoop their doggy... More

We loved that you can go whitewater rafting right in downtown Columbus. Even if you can't do it, you can walk along the river and see all the rafters, close up.

I enjoyed the river walk couple of times during my stay on both sides of the river (Columbus as well as Pheonix city). There are lot of water sports options available like white water rafting, kayak and boating in the river. The water on the Phoenix side looks cleaner than the Columbus side, so suggest to explore both areas. I... More

My husband and I love the Riverwalk! We go for runs when we can get a sitter, but our two toddlers enjoy it as well. We look for turtles, watch the kayakers, and just sit and talk as a family. It is beautiful! Downtown has great restaurants, so lunch is easy and close. We usually go at least every over... More

My review is for both walking Riverwalk and bike ride of approx 10 miles, round trip. Both of these were from the Convention Center north and we had our own bikes. Our vaca trip was for only 1 overnight stay in Columbus at the Marriott, which was very convenient and comfortable. We were headed to Callaway Gardens (not far from... More

First of all I am a local, I have been playing on this river since I was a small boy and living in this vicinity on this river. Our guide a very young man not very polite. We were briefed on what to do and what not to do. We were asked to raise our hands if we had ever... More
