Went to the spa. They automatically added 20% for gratuity and will not give you the opportunity to adjust it no matter how horrible the service was. Then to top it all off THEY CHARGE YOU TAX ON THE GRATUITY!!!!!! Yes - tax on the gratuity. Ridiculous. Will never go back. Such a rip off. more

after having talked to people who work there , I find they dont treat their people very well salary wise. they are making less now than they did 3-5 yrs ago. this doesnt seem right to me. if the people are giving good service, pay them for it more

This place is weird. With the exception of "Bob" at the Par 3 Golf Course, no staff was friendly to us and the place is just sterile. Food is marginal and prices are very high. We didn't really enjoy our stay here and will definitely not return. more

This was my second time there and I could not belive that in 2008 they were charging for internet access. It is over priced. The 2 bed room is a over priced Hampton Inn Room. Not a lot of space and a 19' tv. more
