Until we visited this place, we never knew you could do oil and vinegar tastings! There is such a large variety of pairings, oils, and vinegars, that you could easily spend 2 hours in this store! We love the butter olive oil and maple balsamic on pancakes - a healthier option than traditional syrup, and just as tasty! We also... More

We visited the Murphy, NC location and had a fabulous encounter. We were warmly greeted by Kim who explained the oils and vinegars. She was so pleasant and knowledgable and encouraged us to try a wide variety of combinations. She also expertly advised us on the medicinal qualities of olive oil and how to read the labels. Truly an experience... More

With so many flavors to choose from you are really undecided what to buy. If it was me I would have taken half of the store. The great variety of olive oils and vinegars to choose from is sometimes confusing. I just wanted them all. I also bought a chocolate pasta and a pesto with garlic pasta. Didn't buy any... More

We saw this place while walking down East Main St. and my friend suggested stopping inside. I'm glad he made the suggestion because this place is unique and worth a visit. If you are a person that likes to cook, I guarantee that you will come out with a bottle. There are so many delicious olive oils and vinegars for... More

Second time I have visited the store and this experience was even better than the first. We were greeted when we walked in and since most of my friends were new to the store, we got a great tour of the store and the tasting of all the olive oils. I think the store person who helped with either Tom... More

Went here based on a recommendation from a friend. Staff was friendly and explained the tasting process. Tasted several different combinations. They have gift sets, rubs, dipping herbs to add to oils. All in all a fun place to visit.

Lots of different olive oils infused with herbs, fruit or aged oils. These can be used for cooking or dressings. Vinegars are infused with flavors too. The oils can be mixed with the vinegars to create dipping sauces or dressings. Fun place to taste.

We walked in to keep from the cold. The shiny canisters caught my eye and forced our family in. Once inside we were greeted by a wonderful woman who explained everything from the oil's origin to what can they be paired with. Great surprise!!

I just discovered this sore on Main Street in Blue Ridge. The atmosphere is charming, and you get the delightful experience of tasting 30 or so balsamic vinegars and olive oil, right out of the barrels, like wine. I tried several of the infused olive oils and settled on cilantro/olive oil. I will go back to taste how the light... More
