It was an easy hike to a beautiful view of the fall. Took our time in the evening listened to the sounds of nature. Excellent nice trails in the area too Highly recommended

It was a pretty view for the hike. However, the upper trail was shut down right before the falls. A sign asked that we go no further.

A gem of a find. Short hike for 3 teenage girls who love their phones (sorry no cell service). The falls were beautiful, the girls loved playing in the water and exploring the creek. Great outing. We would like to come back and camp along the f.s. road.

A 5.3 mile drive from where Doublehead Gap Road intersects with FS Road 58. The Noontootla Creek is on the right as u ascend. The trail begins on the north (left) side of the road once u reach Three Forks. Once u have walked about a mile up the trail, turn left at the first sign which will take u... More

This was an easy hike for families. Only a mile from the parking to the top of the falls. We even took my dog on her 1st hike. The whole family loved it. My son waded in the COLD water and hopped from rock to rock. At the bottom of the trail we skipped rocks and just enjoyed the peaceful... More

I want to preface this by saying that I've hiked in various places and I don't mind mountainous drives but this drive was not only long but the last 5 miles was in all gravel. If you have a truck or a jeep, you'll be fine and sail on through this drive but our two cars had to inch through... More

It's a long drive, short hike through a wide/clear path(shady the whole way), but the waterfall is really nice and the cool air coming off is great. Been to too many waterfalls that were terrible to get to with no pay off. This one is worth it.

Great small hike for the kids. They thought it was cool to be on the Appalachian trail and to climb to the top of the falls. It was worth the drive into the mountains.

I titled it "We got lost" because you certainly can miss the trail that leads to Long Creek Falls. My husband and I wanted to take our kids on a hike to see some falls. We had a visitors guide and found one that said "easy hike". I asked my husband to check out trip advisor (which is my job..but... More

We hiked to the falls with a 10, 8, and 1 year old - so anyone who can walk can really pull this hike off! It was a short hike to a very scenic waterfall: great for many kodak moments! The only downfall is how difficult it is to find! There aren't any visible signs leading the parking area and... More
