This place is beautiful and the view from the top is magnificent. The shuttle ride to the top was quick and the driver knowledgable and friendly. We took the walk down and it was an excellent way to get some cardio in.

The panoramic views from the highest point in the state of Georgia are spectacular. You can actually see 4 states from the top of the mountain. If you are adventurous, you can climb up the path to the top from the information center. We opted for the $2 round trip van ride since we had our 4 year old grand-daughter... More

A great place to walk or ride up to, it's really amazing how far you can see on a nice day. Museum felt a bit older, but more classic rather than cheesy dated.

On a recent road trip, my wife and I were travelling the backroads of North Georgia headed to Tennessee. Along the way we, quite by accident, came upon a State Park sign in literally the middle of the Blue Ridge on the side of a mountain stating "the highest point n Georgia". Well these unexpected finds is exactly what our... More

We parked our car a a small parking area where route 180 forks onto the 180 spur that goes up to Bald Mt. The hiking trail for Jack's Knob is well marked and ends at the top of Bald Mountain. The visitor center is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. There were a number of guides walking around to answer... More

If you need to see Ga for what nature is all about well worth the drive. The scenery is great and always cooler up there than in town great place to go and have a small picknick with the family

We were shocked and thrilled that the temperature dropped to 61 degrees at 1pm. Nice way to cool off in the middle of the summer. Amazing to be in the middle of the clouds. Great experience and would definitely return.

The views are astounding and on a clear day you can see 5 states. This is the highest peak in Georgia and has a nice museum at the top. They also have hiking trails.
