Worth the visit.

We took a boat tour on this beautiful lake and enjoyed every minute. The homes on this lake are amazing and hold so much history.

Traversing the almost ancient(for Florida) canals if an outstanding adventure that ALL Floridians and visitors alike will enjoy. Dress appropriately as the Pontoon Boat is an open craft.

I live in the area. Definitely a must see! There's multiple lakes that all connect. Take a stroll around Rollins college while viewing the lake, take a walk along park ave, and/or check out the boat tours which departs on the neighboring Lake Osceola. So much to do! Enjoy!'

My girlfriend and I took the boat tour and it was so good. It was so interesting and the setting was beautiful. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable of the history of the town, it’s architecture and its inhabitants. If you are visiting Orlando, I implore you to take a day and visit this town and especially take the boat... More

This is a pleasant way to spend a hour or two on a nice day, touring the lakes in Winter Park and viewing a lot of really impressive homes.

Lake Virginia is perhaps the prettiest of the three 'downtown' lakes that form the center of historic Winter Park. The best way to see the lake is to take the historic Winter Park Lake Tour located in the old historic area of Winter Park, just off Park Avenue. For $12 you get a one hour tour of Lakes Virginia, Oseola... More

we visited Lake Virgina as part of the boat tour and it was beautiful. The houses were so pretty to look at from the waterside. We went thru many canals that run to other lakes and our Skipper Alan told us all about the lakes and canals

Lake Virginia has Rollins College on its northern border. If one visits Winter Park you would be remiss not to go on the Scenic Boat Tour through many of these lakes and learn about the history of the City and some of the famous residents and landmarks.

We took out of state guests here. They loved the tour, thought it worth the money. It was very crowded the day we were there but staff was prepared. They had extra boats so everyone was able to get on as scheduled, making it all flow smoothly

We did the one hour boat tour from the foot of Morse Ave. Great deal for only $12. The boats leave on the hour so plan to get there about 20 minutes prior. It appears that if a boat is full, they add additional boats. It's cooler out on the lakes so bundle up if you are doing this during... More
