A great museum in a small package

I really enjoyed Cornell; it was friendly, small and incredibly varied. It didn't take long to get around the museum, but each room packed-in so much quality artwork.

This was a very disappointing museum experience. The whole museum is only four modestly sized rooms, and only one--perhaps 30 works--was devoted to the permanent collection at the time I visited. There were some fine works from the collection, but unless you're interested in the special exhibitions, there isn't much to see here. It's in a lovely setting, and at... More

We took a detour on our way to Cocoa Beach for this museum in Winter Park at Rollins college. Admission was free. That should have been a great big hint. There was only one floor of art work in a few rooms. It took up about 30 minutes to get through the rooms. Maybe the art work would be more... More

This is part of Rollins College a top Ivy League school right here in Winter Park. The museum has a large collection only a part of which is on display at any one time. Take the half hour drive north from Orlando and see this art museum. It is excellent.

This small art museum on Rollins campus displays selected works from its permanent collection as well as two varying exhibitions. If you are in Winter Park this free museum is a good stop. We enjoyed the Tobi Kahn works. No admission fee, but parking is limited. There is free parking a few blocks away in the Sun Trust bank lot... More

This was a wonderful experience! The are exhibit was outstanding. The college campus was beautiful and there is a park nearby where you can rent kayaks and canoes. There are also lovely restaurants within walking distance. A delight!

We were pleasantly surprised. There were three featured exhibits, all very well laid out and curated. This museum is far better than one expects on a small liberal arts college. Well worth a visit.

Nicely tucked away overlooking a small lake in Winter Park at the east end of Holt Street, Cornell Fine Arts Museum is a treasure to explore when in the Winter Park area of Florida. Situated at the south end of the fashionable Park Avenue shopping/dining area within the grounds of Rollins College, the museum features an interesting collection of both... More
