We are in Winter Park often, and visit the Wine Room on Park Avenue almost every time. Sometimes just to shop their great selection of wine,s from highly-rated budget bottles to classics from all over the world. Other times to enjoy the atmosphere while indulging in some of their wine-friendly menu selections, and sampling the many choices from their Enomatic... More

I love the concept of being able to try out various types of wines, of which the Wine Room has a huge selection to offer in all price ranges (from inexpensive bottles under $10 to the very pricey ones). In addition to wine, you can select cheese plates and cold cuts to accompany the vino! The owner is always around... More

While visiting Disney World last week we were looking for something different to do. I had heard of this place, got directions and off we went. About a 30 minute drive from our Disney World hotel. Loved the atmosphere, wine selections and knowledgable staff. A bit pricey if you plan on drinking a lot of wine. A nice selection of... More

I live in Orlando and have visited the Wine Room three times. Each time I've absolutely LOVED the atmosphere, service, food, and wine! Kevin has taken care of me during two of these visits and he is just wonderful! Even though he's usually running around like a crazy man because it's so busy, he still thinks of the little things!... I attended the Wine Room for one my co-wokers b-day. The atmosphere was wonderful. I really enjoyed the concept of pre paying a card, and being able to sample wines with the different prices (price based on the sample amount poured in the glass). There is many wines to sample, both red and wine. The only problem I encountered is... More

The Wine Room is a great concept that is right in Winter Park, Florida (Orlando) As it is, this pay by the tasting and/or size of glass is pretty unique...especially if you are interested in trying multiple types of wine. Their selection is very good, which makes it enjoyable for a someone who might not be too knowledge about wine,... More

It's overpriced. Paying $3 for a card is just silly when you're going to be overpaying for the wine to come. That's messed up. With that being said... it can be kind of fun. You can try some wines you wouldn't otherwise have a chance to try because you wouldn't want to buy a bottle. The food is good but,... More

Recommended by a family member, this place was a pleasant surprise. We enjoy wines and this is a place where you can find an interesting variety (for a pretty penny). You need to buy a card which you can refill at any time; there's a $3 initial fee for the card plus taxes of whatever amount you decide to put... More

The whole concept is great. I would recommend going with someone and plan on spending a few hours at least. It can get expensive, all depends on how many wines you wish to try. It's like having all the Winery's come to you. The variety is great! Reds, whites, sweet and dry. You could never try them all..And if you get... More
