How safe is this for a woman walking alone? I've never been here, but would like to find a place to work out.

My car was broken into and my purse was stolen at the new Windong Waters Natural Area. I love this park and frequent it regularly but I have to say I'm VERY disappointed with the Park Rangers today. This should not have happened. I also waited for over an hour and half (and counting) for law enforcement to arrive. While... More

Palm Beach County has literally dozens of parks and open places to visit hike swim & enjoy. This park is one of the best. Lush green private. A perfect place to reconnect with nature and yourself. Enjoy.

The city of West Palm Beach did a great job developing this lovely park years ago. There are paved trails to walk or bike, lakes with wild life, terrific ball fields especially baseball and soccer, picnic areas. We especially like the unpaved trail that goes around the outer edge of the park. A nice place to spend a few hours.

As with the nearby Science Museum, kids love this place, it's simple, affordable and family oriented.

I've since moved from West Palm Beach however while I lived there Dyer Park was one of my favorite places to spend the day. Its got everything from basketball courts and football fields to an exciting bike trail that goes around the parks perimeter. Anyone who is bored and looking to get outside, go spend the day at Dyer!

Huge open park with paved and unpaved walking/biking/horse trails, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, pavilions, bathrooms, lakes and wildlife; all monitored by security. Great place to walk, bike or have a day party. So it used to be a trash dump, nothing's perfect. But it's now beautifully green and alive, even next to a large secured reserve. And it's... More
