Being use to hometown St. Louis zoo it made this zoo really disappointing. Not much here to see or do. And the cost is really high for what it is. St. Louis and all it has to offer has free admission. This would be bottom of list for things to do in area for me.

This was a fun afternoon outing, not too fancy but with good selection of animals and exhibits. Best to visit when weather is cooler as animals come out rather than stay in the shade. Somewhat expensive food and drinks but that's expected at these parks. Fun with kids though.

Small and nice with a lot of bang for your buck. They really have a lot of animals here. The tigers and bears are my favorite. Very educational and clean and they have a nice sit down restaurant. The zoo also has plenty of shade which is key in Florida. I like this zoo a lot.

This zoo is a manageable sized zoo to enjoy w small children. The paths are shady and on a hot summer day it would be a welcome reprieve. Though we did not use the splash/spurt pool to cool off, it offers another dimension to enjoy the visit. We brought lunch to eat, as we didn't know what food services were... More

Traveled up to the zoo to view the chinese new years festivities. Overall the zoo is nice, its small, and reminds me of flamingo gardens, which isn't a bad thing. Its a little pricey IMO being that it is so small however it is a conservatory so understandable. Lots of primates to see, the tiger was sleeping and the bears... More

My husband and I took our 6 month old to the zoo. It was a nice little afternoon. Not huge but good for a few hours. Our son loved the animals.

Took the grandchildren, ages 7, 4 and 21 months to the zoo. it is a great manageable size. The bird show was great. Right now they have adorable grizzly bear cubs! Kids also enjoyed the carousel and train rides. The white alligator is cool. They have amazing anteater too! Saw the tigers close up.

I used to hate zoos, but now that their mission is conservation and preservation, I have come around. This one is animal friendly and better than the Miami Zoo. The layout is user friendly and makes it seem much bigger than it is. There is a great deal to see and the shows are respectful of the animals and show... More

It's a small zoo and easily walked through in less than 2 hours. Today was DragonFest, a celebration for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Since it is the Year of the Monkey, they placed red signs in the monkey exhibits reading "Happy New Year" (very cute). There's a large area in the front where they have fountain spurts for kids...
