Very pretty and clean. Don't know of a down side. The area has several restaurants on the pointe. There is a seafood market it has some good choices but Atlantic seafood is not a place to get fish or shrimp if you don't like the s mell of smoking. Lh

The park offers a great view of the inter costal waterway. t also ha a large fountain that keeps the children occuped while their parents enjoy the rlaxing views. My wife and I have been to the park several times and have seen dolphins o most of our trips there.

I appreciated that the park had plenty of bicycle parking. I brought my lunch and had a picnic. Vero Beach has so many pretty places to check out. This is one more enjoyable destination.

Go here and take the kids! They have a fountain that the kids can play in, so bring a change of cloths. Also have table and chair with unbrellas. Beautiful views of the river and bridge! GO its very pretty and FREE!

The Indian River Lagoon is rich with life, and this small park on the river offers good views of the lagoon, and a creek emptying into it. Usually I spot some birds, which I love.
One of the nicest features is the fountains for children. Young ones will enjoy cooling off here, and there is no charge. There are tables...

A lovely small park on the inland water way. Next to the Lobster Shanty. Great for kids to run through the water fountain. Nice to visit to escape the malls and tourist streets....especially in the earlhy evening, or weekdays. Bring a lunch, or your laptop and relax and enjoy the view.

What a cool visit we had just about a 2 hour ride souith east of Lake County is "Vero Beach", it was a great trip out via "BIKE" and an awesome trip back home as well.

This is a free spot to cool off with the kids on a hot summer day. Large Play fountain and a wonderful view of the river! Beautiful hand made tiles made by local artisans. Wonderful design and project by David Risinger!
