Nice beach!

Sandy beach at the end of Venice Avenue. There are restrooms, showers, and a parking lot. You have to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs.

The beach itself was more rocky than sandy, but our children were still able to play in the sand and build some sand castles. The highlight of the day was we... More

Took a quick drive through the area and stopped for a bit. Not busy and slow paced. Public change rooms clean. Very nice place to relax.

We were pleasantly surprised there was no parking fee at this beach. Free beach? Almost unheard of up here in New Hampshire. This was a great beach. The water was calm which was not good for boys wanting to body surf. But the water was so warm. We aren't used to getting in the ocean without the pain of icy... More

Salt and pepper sand. Shells and sharks teeth. A great place to spend a day or a week. Can't wait to go back!

The beach is picture perfect. Wide and sandy. Lifeguards on duty to keep everyone safe. There is a quick stop market just off the beach to provide all those nibbles or liquid refreshments necessary when at the beach. Be careful not to get dehydrated. Drink lots of fluids. There is a meeting spot just outside of the market where folks... More

This beach has easy access with a decent bathroom facility. This was a short walk from our hotel and we were able to enjoy early morning and evening walks along the beach. We found plenty of shells and saw tracks where a turtle came up to lay her eggs. There is even free yoga each morning at 8:00am!! Great place... More

This is a Great beach to spend the day at. It has lots of shells near the jetty and Shark teeth up and down the Beach. Then at lunch a visit to Sharky's on the Beach is a must. Awesome place together for lunch / drinks. Enjoy your Beach Vacation and Happy Fossil Hunting!!
