We have been fishing with Hubbards for many years. Great day out! All the deck hands are great and if your not catching the Captain finds another spot. If you forget to bring food (no alcohol or bananas) the galley is great. Never came home empty handed after a half day trip. Allways part of my October annual vacation.!!!

The fishing was poor, hey, that happens. But I was hammered for tips incessantly for four hours. I was hit up for tips vocally four or five times. There were signs all over the boat explaining that ha,ha, the crew doesn't get paid, they only get tips. Bullspit. Nobody short of a slave would work under those conditions. Then, at... More

Did a few different trips with this company and can't rate them high enough. Captain jack and Lannie are very infiormativeand made the trip fun , even letting my grandson have a steer of the ship which made his day, the views on this cruise are out of this world and the sunset is like nothing I have ever seen... Nice staff. No need to buy the shrimp. People were catching just as much with the bait included. Don't do the meal plan.

Booked a half-day fishing trip with my daughter, and the weather called for 2-4 foot seas. I've been offshore in the Atlantic and how rough can the Gulf get, right? The nice lady on the phone warned us about rough seas (going on in some detail). The staff at check-in warned us about rough seas, offering for us all sorts... More

Hubbard's is a great place to visit when you want to do some fishing in the Gulf. Short trips, long trips, whatever you want.

We had a good experience at Hubbard,s The crew is very nice and do as much as they can for you. It took about an hour to get to the fishing ground and the captain put us on the hot spot. People were catching fish all around us. We caught 6 grey snappers 4 of which were keepers. Others caught... More

We really enjoyed out Dolphin Watch tour....took the family and we saw lots and lots of dolphins. Great price. Got a discount paper from our hotel. 7 of us for about $100. We had a nice crew that kept us entertained with stories. We also got a lot of great pictures. I do recommend this tour. We went mid-day... that... More

Ok, if you're looking to just catch anything and want a bend in your pole Hubbards isn't bad. Not the best place to catch some nice fish but its ok. Usually just grunts. I would recommend a trip longer than a half day that way you give yourself a decent chance to catch something other than grunts.

We took the 8 am trip on Monday April 14. Very crowded and the two deck hands for about 60 people fishing seemed to be more interested in being in the back of the boat with pals. Folks in the back of the boat had drift lines out so we chugged along at half speed so they could fish. Captain... More
