The aquarium is a bit expensive for a dark and oldish establishment. Nevertheless, I can understand the price to keep the sea creatures healthy. The tanks are all clean and well-maintained. The diver/feeding show was terrific with good visibility and well-narrated. Everything was nicely labeled and easy to understand for kids and adults. Parking is available around the corner and... The aquarium isn't big but that is what makes it possible to see the marine life up close. It was fascinating to see the sharks being fed by hand. The employees are all friendly and will answer any questions without hesitation. It's near the end of the sponge docks and truly worth a stop.

This aquarium is the smallest I've ever been to, but it is worth a stop if you are in Tarpon Springs. They want to build a larger structure and any donations go towards the new building which they desperately need. They have a lot of sea life and you can see they need more room in the tanks.

We went back to Tarpon Springs for the food but decided to stop in the Aquarium as our 12 yr old grandson was with us and is really into animals of all kinds. Now this facility is quite small but packed with hands on interactions for the kids including educational discussions about the sting rays - stingers removed for safety... More

Just happened to stumble on this place while visiting Tarpon Springs. My kids loved feeding the sharks and I loved watching them do it! The workers/guides did a fantastic job of explaining and educating us about the different species of sharks, fish and alligators. They mentioned that they will be moving to a bigger facility but I don't know when.... More

We stopped in this cute little aquarium on a day at the sponge docks. We were very impressed with the guides information about the sea animals. There are lots of hands on for the kids to touch the turtles, sting rays, snakes, alligators and more. Great place to spend a couple hours with the kids. The price is responsible. There... More

We visited the today aquarium with out of town guests including a two year old and newborn. It was perfect for them. Not to big so they got bored, plenty for little ones to see and very conveniently at their eye level. This isn't a big deal aquarium like Monterey or Baltimore but the perfect size for a brief visit... More

We happened up on this gem today. The staff is wonderful and our entire family enjoyed the visit! Much smaller than other aquariums we've visited but much more hands on. The prices are inexpensive yet you get so much for very little cost! Well worth the visit!
