We visited and spent a couple of hours here, the children ( 5 & 8) got to feed sharks, stroke stingrays, pet alligators, watch the fish being fed, watch the diver feed the large sharks and found out lots about the animals that were there. Some of the staff were a bit rude/overbearing - one woman in particular.

It's very small, and the entire tour can be done in about 5 minutes. Not really worth the price of admission, in my opinion. Not terribly clean, either, but the staff was fairly friendly.

Some times bigger is NOT better. And The Konger Tarpon Springs Aquarium proves it. We love aquariums and we've been to the best; The Georgia Aquarium, Monterey Bay, The Dubai Mall Aquarium, Miami, Sea World, Disney and a few more. But if you want something small and special, especially with kids in tow, come to Tarpon Springs. Among the very... More

The touch tanks are so awesome!! Feeding the sting rays and nurse sharks was something my family will never forget. Oscar, the grouper, and getting his mouth cleaned was SO unique.

I got to say this was a great experience. Konger its a lovely place, while its not a fully loaded aquarium it is however a great place create or strengthen family bond with your loves one. Feeding the sting rays and touching them was a lovely experience. The aquarium presentation with the sharks and grouper it was very nice. For... More

The Konger Tarpon Springs Aquarium is a fun place. It looks a little dilapidated, but the kids had a blast! I thought it was over-priced, but again, the kids loved it and talked about it for days. They have a play area next door for smaller kids (aged 3-8). Overall, it was fun.

Nice little aquarium but nothing special. I kind of felt bad for the gator that was in a small area of the aquarium. Good for very young children not so much for others who wanted to get a glimpse of Jaws. Nothing really memorable but it is ok if you get tired of gift shops.

Best time to go is 11am- buy your tickets and enjoy the touch tank until the 11:30 shark feeding. Then go feed the stingrays. The aquarium only takes about an hour to tour, so then you can head out to one of the great Greek restaurants for lunch (we like Mama's!) You can find parking on the side of the... More

We went here not expecting much. Got more than we could've asked for. The shows were very educational and entertaining. The staff was incredibly friendly. We got a hands-on upfront experience could not have asked for more. And the price was cheap. We had a wonderful lovely awesome time. We really enjoyed feeding and petting the stingrays and also feeding... More

Went with family while visiting Tarpon Springs. Fun Shark feeding show and though it is a small aquarium there are plenty of sharks, groupers and tarpon in the main tank. Feeding the stingrays was fun as was the feeding of the smaller sharks. If you have a go-pro, bring it with your waterproof case and pole as you can put... More
